Jiffy Lube, Oceanside CA

Great team. Got oil change, filters replaced and brake lights replaced. Got me in and out in good time and I will definitely go back.

Arrived at opening hours on a Saturday and they only had 3 techs on hand so it was a bit of a wait. Therer was 4 or 5 cars ahead of me and total wait time from arrival to leaving was about 1 hour and a half.

Staff was nice. They did divulge that apparently previous owner (Mike?) is in prison now? That was an interesting update and weird. Staff associate told me that information after I had stated I get full synthetic oil and usually change oil every 7,000 - 10,000 miles. That's what my dealership and previous oil change locations have told me, including this Jiffy Lube. That's when the Staff associate explained the previous owner of this Jiffy Lube is in jail for claims and fraud. Wild.

Anyways, technician who worked on my car was fast and nice. No complaints from me. Though now I'm thinking I have to ask my mechanic friends and the world if synthetic in my car can in fact go 7,000 miles or not between changes?

Still coming back, each time I do the team is great!

Staff goes above and beyond. I had a wonderful experience. They also honor only coupons that are found on the website.

Strip the boat on my oil pan unable to get it off and right now the compressor is not working so they cannot get the oil out from the top of the vehicle so I have to go to a different location… gentleman said the only solution is to put the car up on the lift and leave it here for an hour which I don’t have an hour from the Jiffy Lube because you have 15 minutes, so yeah, not happy

This Jiffy Lube location has a great staff and I’ve never had a bad experience taking my 2018 Camry here to get oil changes & tire rotations.

It was my first time here and Sydney was amazing. She had my issue figured out right away and had everything fixed in a timely manner for me. I will definitely be back for my work that needs done in the future.

Incredible. Don’t let the age of the young employees fool you. They are knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Always a great experience.

I came in for a simple oil change and sat in line for 45 minutes before even pulling into the bay for my car to be serviced. They did a fair job on the oil change however I was irritated at how long they let me sit in line without checking in with me or other customers.

This Jiffylube really helped me out. Uber didnt like that Firestone filled out an inspection sheet from the Uber website and would not accept it. Made me feel like i was being accused of forging my parents signature on a bad report card or somthing. I brought the inspection sheet as well as the diagnostic paperwork to this Jiffylube and they filled out the same paper and it got accepted. First try. They were pretty busy, so it took slighlty longer than a "jiffy" but the staff were very helpfull, friendly and offered a clean environment for consomer interaction. I will definalty consider this Jiffylube in the future if I decide not to change my oil and filters at home.

I had a horrible experience at this jiffy lube! Wednesday afternoon I drove to the location off of college and oceanside Blvd and left my vehicle overnight because the manager said he would repair a leak on one of the hoses, yesterday afternoon I picked it up and gave him $400 cash for the repair on my vehicle, this morning while driving, my hose exploded and my car was in worse condition then when I brought it in, I asked the manager for his boss's number, he refused to give it to me! That's probably because he didn't replace my thermostat like he charged me for, he just replaced the hose, I need my vehicle for my children, my job, my life, and now I have no transportation until I have the money to repair it.

My car had oil drippings and greasy finger prints in my hood area. I had just washed my car. Did not remove drain plug because they said it was "hard to get to". They pumped the oil out of my engine instead. Not sure if all the old oil was removed. No discussion of my other fluid levels or air/cabin filter status.

Quick service but WAY OVER PRICED, even with coupon.
Check pricing with your local dealership first, and don’t believe them when they claim your car requires full synthetic. They don’t know what they’re talking about. Call your dealer first, trust the experts first.

The work was done quickly and effectively. I was honestly shocked about how fast it was. Since you stay in your car it makes it easy and comfortable.
