Great experience! I was low on oil pulled in at opening and all of the staff were pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. Before I left the mechanic showed me what they did to my truck which I have never seen a competitor do.
Daniel along with all other employees were very kind and welcoming! Daniel was the person whom I completed the transaction with, he let me know what I needed and was patient in explaining the importance of certain services. I believe this is my 4th time going to Jiffy Lube and have never been let down.
Fixing my car was pricely but i would drop it off and in a couple of hours it was fixed the customer ser vice is great

Had online coupon on my phone the guy says oh we won't need that it would've saved me $20
Told him I was low funded and cheapest as possible. Not only does he not honor the coupon, I had called day prior for estimate $54 dude did the most expensive oil change as well as not honoring my jiffy lube coupon. I'm 60 and female will Never go back!
