Friendly people. Very helpful and they even matched AutoZone's price with installation for an air filter.

Everyone was professional. The wait time sitting in the stall was 40 minute's very long. I think one lane for oil changes and one for car repairs. I was trapped in inside. I saw two car leave behind me.loosing business not good.

Had an oil change, radiator flush, and transmission flush. I left the car with them as it was a busy time, but they still had it done very quickly. They suggested other services that I would be needing soon, and it's great knowing what to expect for next time! The technician even sent me photos so I'd know exactly what the situation was under the hood. Everyone was professional and friendly from drop-off to pick-up. I want to specifically mention Dylan and Laura for all their assistance.

Went in for an oil change and had an easy in-and-out experience. All the guys were super helpful and professional. Definitely my go-to spot for oil change.

Staff was very helpful when another shop discovered a stud problem. A previous shop thought i would need a hub replacement. However they were able to just replace the bad stud. They really care about customer service.

Sooooo unprofessional to begin with. I went to this location because very few jiffy lube do brake inspections and this one was closer to me. So I visited jiffy lube because I wanted to get a brake inspection, as well as, check my oil on my vehicle. The employee that check me in right away started throwing prices at me without checking my car. Telling me I do need new brakes and an oil change? I was so upset by this because i have been to other jiffy lubes and they always inspect your car before doing any services or even talking about prices. So I didn’t believe nor took his answer. The employee also made me feel VERY uncomfortable by asking me nonsense questions about myself like” if I drink or party”. Definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of & left without getting any service because they didn’t check my car to begin with. After all, went to another location (Jiffy Lube in La Mesa) and they told me my brakes were in good condition and didn’t need new brakes. So that just proves why I am writing this review to begin with. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for any service. Be aware of people like this that just want the money!

Great customer service! The employees were very polite and happy to help. I took in my mom’s car for an oil change and they didn’t install the oil filter properly. The car ended up leaking 2 quarts of oil and I had to replace the filter again. Not an expensive fix but if the car would of continued on its 350 mile road trip, my engine would of definitely been gone.

This is very bad customer service at this location they only do their own job of vehicle work and when new customers come they let them wait until they’re done with their vehicles working on their own vehicles on company time and that’s not fair to customers waiting till they’re done to their finish working on their personal vehicle for free on company equipment they have very bad customer service I do not recommend anybody to go to this location they are racism

I would give them a 5 but will wait and see after I take my car for a brake job. Overall it was excellent!

Call over the phone for my cheavy impla 2008 had my own parts and they told me 600 dollars for each side to change the brakes so 1200 dollar to change the back breaks? This place will scam you wouldent trust them. Go to rays car care those are people you can trust

I only recommend this place if you’d like to be shamed about the cosmetic condition of your car.

Service to car was fine. Customer service needs desperate improvement.

If you’re here trying to get an Uber vehicle inspection they are going to make you wait because they don’t care about you since the service is free waited for more then 30 minutes just to get acknowledged very rude employees

All the staff members here are so nice and helpful! EXCEPT Tyler. He talked to the other employees in such a rude way, it made me uncomfortable. And he tried to get me to pay twice, claiming their system didn’t show my transaction even though it showed on my bank statement. He said I would have to pay again and call my bank to dispute the other charge. Then a few mins later they gave me my receipt and said the charge actually did go through and Jonny apologized. Tyler never came back out to apologize or say it was a mistake. But anyway, everyone here is super nice, knowledgeable, and quick! I just didn’t appreciate Tyler’s attitude.

Had my oil changed this morning on the way to work. Stori and Rogelio provided excellent service! They were both kind and quick and made it an excellent experience.

Stori was great! She answered my questions and the mechanics were kind and respectful. I had a regular service done, it was finished efficiently and no issues. Mahalo! X
