Jiffy Lube, San Marcos CA

Very honest and helpful at this branch. Helped me diagnose by battery issue. Didn’t have to buy a new one because they found a loose connection.

Tried to not let me use my coupon. Had to have them rering it and then when they messed up again they had to refund me some money which came a few days later. Bummed out about their coordination here - tech was told immediately I had a coupon and he said he rang it in but when time to pay was considerably more.

Got my car inspected to use for Uber/Lyft and the technician got oil and grease all over my seats from his dirty hands.

Today was my lucky day. There was no line. I checked in, had the oil changed and the coolant topped off, and drove off with a smile. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and professional. This is probably my fifth or sixth oil change here with my various cars. Very convenient.

Just used Jiffy Lube for the first time for an oil change. They were very quick, informative, and respectful.

Employees DO NOT know other people's vehicles. Taking unnecessary parts off just to get to an oil filter. No receipt and no email of a receipt. I will not be going back there again.

Jennifer was extremely nice and very tentative it was a very easy process getting my oil changed. I came in about 5: 30PM and I was worried about being too late but I was just in time they finished up a customer before me then brought me right in! The customer service here is absolutely stellar! Thank you again Jennifer I'll definitely be a returning customer at this location.

Sean the manager helped me out with an oil leak from a previous oil change and took good care of my car and fixed it. Great service!

Arrived at the location, pulled in, waited 15 mins, was then told that they had to refuse service on my van because the Oil filter was too tight? This is ridiculouse, there are many ways to get a filter off even when over tightened. I drove down the street to the other Jiffy Lube location and was taken care of with no issues, they were able to remove the filter just fine. This location needs some training!

Guys were really on their game today, made me feel like I was pulling into the pits, great, fast service, thank you!

Many of us need to have an oil change, so do it here. Routinue Maintence - fluid levels, light bulbs, etc - is well served here. Saves money, saves time.

I got to Jiffy Lube at 5: 30 to get my oil changed. There was only one car ahead of me. I was called in. Then comes a chubby white guy to tell me in a rude way to leave that they close at 6: 00 pm and could not do my oil change.
If you guys close at 6: 00, how come my oil change could not be done or why don't you post that you close at 5: 30?
I have been doing my car and my husband's truck oil change at this location for a long time and never had a bad experience. But now I am very dissapointed.

Left oil all over under my hood and didn't put my air cleaner back together right. Slammed my hood when they were done.
