Jiffy Lube, Cathedral City CA

To my surprise it was very quick and they were very professional.

I used their car was next door as well and it was good. All equipment was working and the grounds were clean.

I was able to come in on a Friday, early afternoon and get my car started right away. I wasn’t able to sit in the car like we normally would, but everyone was SO friendly and caring. The price was good for a 5 QT full synthetic oil change. I just really felt like their customer service was on point and above and beyond as well. Thanks so much everyone who helped me today!

Super friendly employees, that held the door and pointed out water cooler and bathroom as they welcomed me. They vacuumed the car and washed the windows in addition to the oil change. Place was busy and they still got me in and out. Check 'em out!

I pulled him this morning for an oil change, and there was no waiting. I was greeted by Victor, the manager and he allowed me to stay in my car while the oil change was being completed. It was an excellent experience all the way around all of the employees were outstanding I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and all of the employees.

Eddie and his team were great. Really nice, didn’t try to up sell me and even offered to vacuum my car, which has never happened here before. I’d definitely recommend.

Quick and easy! Victor and the team took care of my vehicle right away, checked lights, topped off fluids, and kept me well informed throughout the process. My little Honda has many miles ahead so I will return!

This location is the best! Staff is always very kind and helpful i can take my car on my lunch and they will have me in and out! Great job guys!

First time I've ever spent $130 on an oil change however I did get windshield wipers great staff great service can't say anything bad about him I'll be back jiffy lube to get my next oil change

He also recomended new Air Filtet.
While I was there I had a good experience workers very nice and courteous I have no complaint in regards to that.
