The manager Kenneth does a great job. He and his team take the time to perform a complete inspection of your car. Kenneth is very personable and offers great customer service. I highly recommend this location!

Tried calling their number but instead of the shop it was a call center with someone offering a free gift card. Sounds really suspicious and not really the kind of thing I want from a professional establishment, as I don't believe in selling info to potential marketing companies.
Quick oil change and tire rotation. They walked me though what they could look into and prices/ options were very transparent. Everyone was very friendly and nice to chat with. I already have recommended to a few friends!

This morning (8/6) I stopped in for an oil change and was the subject to awful customer service by Christina and Kenneth W. Their attitudes are not for the public. Apparently this location request that you give them your keys as you wait in the car for your oil change. I questioned where is it printed that I must do so. He kept saying it's the policy and for safety. Then he switched it up saying it not for consumers but the employees to ask customer for keys. I was not comfortable releasing my keys. He then accused me of being 'the type that come here causing them to have a bad day". I asked a simple question and was not given proof of the policy. I actually went to another location nearby with my 2nd car and they did not ask for my keys. So my question is, is this a made up rule per location? Where is it in writing stating I, the consumer, must give up my keys?
Now Alma assisted me after the rude interaction of her coworkers and she was pleasant. She was very respectful and accommodating. She definitely needs acknowledgement of her customer service.
Sadly, I will not be returning because of the way I was treated. Spending $87 for over priced oil changes with rude service is not worth it. I recommend additional training on how to deal with customers for Kenneth and Christina, so that they do not project this negativity onto any other customers
This is the best Jiffy Lube I have ever visited. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and always professional. They work quickly and with respect. Found my life long oil change location.
Huge change for the better from a year ago when this place was shaddy. New manager Maria is running a clean business.no scamming or upselling unnecessary bs services.
The service was honest and courteous. It was busy and the attendant apologized.for the 20 minute wait. They met their time estimate and again apologized for the wait. I appreciated their honest estimate.
They were nice, I got home with no oil in my vehicle. A defective oil filter almost cost me my bran new vehicles motor. Oil followed my home to mu driveway and leaked out everywhere. Synthetic thank God. I called Jiffy lube and a technician came to the house and handle it like a professional. They brought the correct filter and no leak now, fresh oil and handled thier mistake.
The team at Manhattan Beach Jiffy Lube were fantastic. Very professional, performed the job quickly and explained everything that was being done. Great experience and I highly recommend.
This was the 2nd time I come to this specific Jiffy Lube location. I told myself I would never come to this location after my experience going the first time. Udell was the worker that was helping me but he seemed to be in a bad mood because he was giving me lots of attitude and I could see him rolling his eyes when I would ask him a question. Decided to go again, I thought to myself maybe he was just having a bad day. Udell was helping me again, but once again he was in a bad mood which was pretty obvious and continued with his bad attitude. Safe to say I will NEVER be coming to this location thanks to Udell. He also speaks very rudely to his coworkers.
Wow! What efficient great service! Delbar (?) Was personal, knowledgeable, and always a smile. I've told my daughter to just go there every 4-5k miles and she'll be fine in her Audi.
