I needed a new taillight. The bulb cost $9.95. Toyota wanted $185 minimum plus the price of the bulb. Jiffy Lube at 2900 Florin Road, Sacramento handled it for $9.36 total charge. Toyota required appt.later in the week. David A, at Jiffy Lube, had me in and out in ten minutes. I love Jiffy Lube!

Needed spark plugs when on a road trip - but it was Saturday. Though it took calls to a couple of different locations, EVERY person I spoke to was very helpful. Though some locations couldn't actually perform the service, each person treated my call as if it really was their problem to solve, and helped me with the next call and the right questions to ask in order to confirm serviceability. Jiffy Lube got me back on the road, minimizing the inevitable delays from engine issues.

As usual jiffy lube was exceptionally helpful. I always go to jiffy lube in Sacramento on florin road they're always very nice and helpful

Went for an oil change and staff was courteous they asked me about my filters and regular maintenance stuff but I have my own mechanic. Will be back for oil changes though.

I went here for an oil change not too long ago. The service was great up until the bolt and gasket on my oil pan was replaced and the oil pan was stripped after installation. Not even 3000 miles later did I notice that my vehicle experience oil loss. I take incredibly good care of my car and I expect those who work on my car to do the same.

Rep on phone was pretty abrupt, impatient. I get you guys are busy, but that is terrible customer service and show of the brand and what you rep.

Had a great experience. The service technicians were quick and made me feel comfortable. Not once did I feel they were hustling me. Michael Collins, the store manager was helpful and very insightful, I would definitely go back again.

My oil drain plug was fastened too tight. Plug was stripped. Lying down to unscrew was a little difficult. I replaced the bolt.

This location wanted to charge my mother-in-law $160 for a simple oil change this morning. They are predatory and they will take advantage of you if they think they can get away with it. They don't deserve your business.

I’ve used this location previously and liked how friendly and quick the staff were.

Today I went for a coolant flush and oil change. The technician diagnosed my car with a faulty thermostat. Unfortunately, they were not able to source the part from their parts distributors or the dealer. Obviously they couldn’t fix my cooling system without the part.

I made some calls and was able to source the proper thermostat, the only one in Sacramento I could find. I picked it up and brought it back to the shop. I was informed then that they will not, under any circumstances, use customer parts. Corporate policy. Now that’s not the technicians fault, but I had the only thermostat available from any major parts dealer in the area. I was extremely frustrated. This story could go south from here, but it doesn’t.

The manager came and listened to my frustration. Rather than make me drive up the road in an overheating car to return the part, he made a call to the parts shop I bought the part at. He got a return set up on the phone, and had them charge the store for the part.

They got my car in and fixed it up in an extremely reasonable amount of time. They even cleaned the car up a little before returning it to me. It’s running great now and I was appreciative that they took the time to give me the level of customer service that they provided.

I would recommend this business.

I have been taking my cars here for years and the service has always been good. The people are nice and get the job done reasonably fast.

I had a fleet vehicle that needed an oil change. I've previously had many problems getting the paperwork sorted out but this Jiffy Lube nailed it 100%. Most definitely coming back. Thanks Jiffy Lube
