Jiffy Lube reviews
14Super fast service, 15 minutes, and the woman working there was so polite to us. Very good experience!
Way too expensive- will find another option. Also made me get out of the car instead of staying in during service- was better the other way.
They filled up my oil without checking with me first what I gave my car. Charged me for the most expensive oil even though my car takes a synthetic blend. When I asked why they didn’t ask me, they said they looked up what my car took online instead. When I said I knew what oil I used, he continued to say they were out of that oil. He offered a ten dollar discount even though he expressed that there was a significant price difference between the two oils. I had already waited 20 minutes and needed to get my oil changed. I wish I had been notified when I pulled up if they were out of an oil, so I wouldn’t waste my time or money.
As soon as I pulled up she told me and I should get out of my car she will drive it into the bay. She instructed me to wait inside. As I went inside to wait I watched them pull the car in and begin working on it right away. They were talking to each other and looking on the computer.
She came in and and asked me if have been there before. Truthfully I've been there probably 15 times in the last five or six years. I said yes. So the total charge for your oil change today will be one $149.99.
I was shocked because a few months earlier I'd change my oil there for ride around a hundred bucks.
I've been going there for years with several of my vehicles to get the oil changed. She said I'm sorry our fees have gone up. I told her no thank you it was too much and I wanted to leave. She said okay. I went outside to wait for my car but it took about another 10 or 12 minutes because they had to put everything back together that they had already begun disassembling. I never gave them approval to work on my car I never agreed to anything. They're not the same jiffy lube they were before.
Not happy! Have been very pleased with the past services. This time the invoice reflected they checked the air filter but the zip tie used to secure it was not removed, after I explained to the tec to cut it off to do the service and she agreed. While in the parking lot I noticed that the zip tie was intact and had not been removed to do the inspection that the invoice shows. When I questioned him his response was “if you want me to check it I will”? Can not trust any of the work was actually done correctly or at all. The Manager is very confused and is all over the place in a rushed crazed manner with 2 customers on a Thursday at 3: 00 pm? Very different experience than the last 3 oil changes 1 being $270.00 with premium wipers new cabin filter high mileage synthetic. I am nervous about what else was forgotten. Having another mechanic look through it today is costing me money. I am so disappointed can not trust your work.
Always friendly and helpful service everytime I go here. Glad to know my car is in good hands:)
The service was great- but I’m leaving a 2 star because of the price. It was 129$ FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Over 50$ labor fee? ! For what exactly? I was there 10 minutes. Im pretty upset. I will never return here again, and I will be recommending Walmart to everyone. It’s way cheaper.
I got off work late and arrived an hour before they closed and there were two cars ahead of me and only two people working. I could tell they were a little stressed, but still professional. They did a good job and were quick considering the circumstances.
Their suggestion were unnecessary, oil levels were low and they got upset when mentioned. By the way this was my third and last time I will use them. And assistant mentioned he didn’t care if I reported.
The apparent manager was rude and curt. She was sloppy and careless directing her staff team.
When pulling out the measuring oil stick oil splattered all over the engine and front of the vehicle bumper cover without regard. The engine stick was left past the engine level point even after pointing out numerous times it should not.
The vehicle's tires air pressure was not performed.
When vehicle was ready to be moved back to the parking pickup space the vehicle's bottom crashed against something that stuck up from the ground up (picture available).
This location has undergone quite a staff turnover over the last four years, but this has got to be the worst upper management hiring decision. This location might as well CLOSE DOORS!
The guys were really great. Answered all my questions and adviced me on the best ways to care for more car. Really appreciate the great customer service
Always have a great experience with jiffy lube. All the employees were nice and very professional.
Stellar service! Needed a few things done to my car but wasn’t pressured to do more than necessary. Will be back!
I just moved to the area and was in dire need of an oil change and found this Jiffy Lube. The staff was super friendly and super fast, and I couldn’t have been happier, plus I’ve never seen an oil change place vacuum out a car during an oil change, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this place!
