They had me in and out before I stepped one foot in the office. They changed my oil and changed my windshield wipers. Wow! And the are so nice. Thanks Jiffy

I got a couple of things done to my car (oil change, tires rotated, full pump change, etc.) When I got the car back the lug nuts were not put on right as I was getting on the freeway I noticed the car making a really bad screeching sound. I pulled over and noticed many of the lug nuts the lose. Had to go back and get the all tighten properly. My rim is messed up because of this. They said I would get a call from the owner the next day but I have not received anything and i tried calling back and they are actively ignoring my calls as they rejected a couple of my phone calls with my number on the system but picked up as soon as I used a different number. I don't trust the work they did on my car as it is now making a rattling sound even with the wheels adjusted.

Outstanding service. Technician was professional and efficient. Explained everything and got my car ready for a cross country trip.

Great staff. Communication was great and we were in and out of there within 20 minutes. Building was clean. We’ll definitely be using this location for any future oil changes.

This was my first time at a Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I usually get my oil change at my dealership but decided to try someplace closer to me. I didn't make an appointment and they were able to help me right away. David was really friendly and explained the services done on my car. I was also able to use a coupon for $15 off. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I stan jiffy lube: D

I arrived and was immediately met by a technician who took me inside to start the paperwork on my an oil change on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I didn't know which oil to choose from but they helped me select the best choice based on the mileage and hours on the engine. I noticed a huge difference in price from the full synthetic and the blended version. I selected their premium synthetic oil and within 15 minutes the truck was ready to go. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon where I would have thought everyone would have been waiting in line to get an oil change. Great service, super friendly and informative.thanks a lot guys!

Please hire or train your employees the basic of customer service! Do not leave customer waiting for 5 min without greeting. I left.
