Jiffy Lube, Temecula CA

I went in for a regular oil change. I dropped my car off before work. When i went back to get it. It took me by surprise. I was expecting to pay about $65. Instead, I paid $97.

I'm dissatisfied with the overall help. I downloaded a coupon from the Jiffy Lube website and the location was not able to honor it. At least try to help a paying customer instead of showing a cold shoulder. I will take my business somewhere else.

Stopped in here for my annual Uber safety inspection. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Super fast and the employees were all very kind and helpful. Will be coming back here next year!

This place tried the old bate and switch. They told one price, they drained my oil. Then told me my car does not take the oil they quoted me. And my new quote is $30 more. I said no. This is a scam. I know because while in the waiting I started a conversation with the customer before me. And she told me this happen to her.

Great team of men. Very patient and efficient. Fairly clean for a garage atmosphere ;-) I will be back!

I showed up with 2 cars already being worked on and 1 in front of me. After waiting 40 minutes I was approached and told it would be another 30 minutes. I was there a total of 2 hours for an oil change.

Waiting time extremely long more than 2 hrs for oil change when supposedly this one is more expensive but service is fast…

It would say the overall service was good. I was left outer in line for sale time. I would have to say their customer service portion as far greets customers and makes them feel welcome is lacking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on progress, suggested replacing my wipers and found that my upper brake light was out. A good experience.

Everyone there was extremely helpful and very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back. Even though it was busy, I didn't have to wait very long

In addition to my service, they also gave me important info on future maintenance and possible problems I might have with my care. I found that helpful.

Personnel was very courteous. There was said to be on duty but only two were working. They were busy so the advertised "15 minutes Jiffy service" was a bit to digedt being it took 45 minutes. The coupons are somewhat misleading. In writting it's $20 off TOTAL price.which should olinclude the calculated tax so you'd think. Plus for the long wait, every customer should be offfered a complimentary car wash.

Oil change was done fast, no issues. But one of their techs stuffed a rag into the air intake on my truck and I didn't notice until I went to place it after getting the notification on my dash board. I'll contact corporate with my reciept of the oil change and the $70 K&N filter they owe me.

I have been to this place many time over the last few years, always efficient and very polite. It's the only shop I use.
