15One of the nicer Jiffy Lubes. Professional, comfortable lounge area and very clean restrooms. Even had the windshield wipers I needed in stock. We travel all the way from Red Bluff to Chico just to come to this Jiffy Lube.
It's a oil change place what can you say. They never forgot to put my drain plug back in
What happened to the complementary vacuum, and who cleans the windows while half way down? Then you roll the windows up and you have squeegee streaks all the way along the car! Stupid
I use jiffy lube all of the time when I am back home I am up here visiting my sister and needed an oil change visited this place got an oil change and my air filters replaced now my car will not start!
Fast and friendly service. I take my vehicles to them for most service as it's faster and more convenient.

Visit the one on Mangrove, not the one on Notre Dame. You'll immediately know why when you are at the Notre Dame location.
The one on Mangrove didn’t want to sell me a gallon of oil separately but the Notre Dame one did, great customer service.
Jiffy lube in Chico is simply the Best! I have free oil changes if I go back to the dealer & I choose to pay for my services at Jiffy lube! They are so much faster & do a much better job! Brian and the rest of his team do a great job! I’m definitely a customer for life!
Quick service only thing I didn't like was that I stayed in my car and because I did that they didn't vacuum it even though I paid for the service
6 staff available, no other cars: they did NOT clean my windows, did not reset my oil indicator inside the dash, did not honor my coupon because it was "for a different area", and I ca.n guarantee the 18 point service was not completed in the 9 minutes I was there, sat in my Cat the entire time. Even worse? A car with two young women rolls up as they are charging my credit card and the staff starts cleaning their windows. SMH. The big boss was there, the manager was there, and 5 junior staff all present. I spent $85 on an oil change WITH $10 off and have absolutely zero confidence the oil change was even completed correctly. I've been a jiffy lube customer over 25 years and I've never had service this bad. Never Again.
My wife just got caught in a rainstorm I referred her to the nearest jiffy lube. They were busy but rushed out in the rain replaced her wiper blades in the parking lot and had her back on the road in under 10 minuets. Thank you Jiffy Lube! 10 stars.
Great customer service. Didnt have to wait long and prices were reasonable. Staff was attentive to customers needs.
They did an excellent job. Thought I was going to have to wait a long time but it was pretty fast. Was out of there in about 15 minutes. Very friendly and topped off my other fluids as needed.
They neglected to tighten screws on metal plate covering the oil filter. This caused me to hire road service on the highway. Very dangerous could have caused a fire
