Noticed my oil was leaking, Johnny and Eddie noticed the oil filter was leaking and installed new one…awesome service…fast and right on the money…very friendly

I always receive the best service at this Jiffy Lube. They are very efficient and do their best to get me in and out asap. I trust them completely with my car. They have been taking care of it for years!

The mechanic that helped me out was very friendly, polite, and helpful. He made me aware of issues that I wasn’t there for and let me know how much it would cost to fix them in the future. When I was having a hard time pulling up a coupon, he helped me find it. Would definitely come again.

The mechanic techs were professional, very pleasant, and efficient. I really appreciated how fast our vehicles were serviced. It really did stand up to your name “Jiffy”.

First person I spoke to was thorough explaining other service needed soon. The oil was not spilled on engine. Location was clean. Bathroom very clean. Ty.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They changed my filters on my cmax hybrid, which a previous technician said I’d have to go to the dealer to have them changed, very thorough in their communication regarding my vehicle. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube!

The service and people were all good. A bit of a misunderstanding about the price. Probably me. How you could be more expensive than the dealer? I don't understand. Back to the dealer next

I went to a big retail chain first. There were ten cars ahead of me. There were no cars in the bays and four employees were standing around talking. I was told that it would be a two hour wait, but my gut told me it would be three hours.

I went to Jiffy Lube and was done in 20 minutes. The employees were on top of their game and hustled to get me on my way. I was in the middle of a busy day and it was refreshing to not have to spend three hours waiting for an oil change. Great job guys!

The person that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. I have a 2022Ford F150. This is the 4th place I came to to finally find a filter. Your person was able to explain why. I will be coming to this location from now on

This is a great Jiffy Lube location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Have never had any issue taking my vehicle here.

I initially went the previous day for service. I have my car info and the service technician said they had the oil and filter to do the work. I asked if I could use my own supplies and he said yes. I returned with the oil etc and at that time was told they didn’t have the supplies and that the ones I bought were not correct. The same technician in front of his supervisor lied and said I had given him the wrong vehicle information thus the reason for not being able to provide service. I of course responded by saying why would I provide the wrong info? My concern is if I had initially gone through with the service the wrong oil could have been used potentially damaging my vehicle (2017 Audi A4). I nonetheless return the next day with the correct oil and the service was performed. I am assuming the service was performed and I say this because they didn’t even reset the car’s oil change interval setting. Very disappointing.

I got in and out in a timely fashion. One of the guys informed me about how Jiffy Lube will top off oil in my SDI engine because it burns oil quick, information that was not conveyed to me by the dealership. I appreciate straight forward information like that.
