Jiffy Lube, Lake Elsinore CA

Always an amazing experience, I forgot to get his name but they told me what I need to watch out for in the future. They won’t try to just get you on everything if you don’t need it yet they will let you know. But give you a warning that maybe in the next 10,000 to 20,000 miles we need to keep a watch on it and I absolutely appreciate that

We just moved to Lake Elsinore and are always nervous about a new service shop as we take all 4 of our cars to the same place. I must say I have never received the type of customer service anywhere else ever that I got today from Jiffy Lube and Pontiak. He went above and beyond to make me feel like an appreciated customer and to make me feel comfortable with you guys doing our cars. We did 2 of the 4 today my truck and my sons mini Cooper. We will def be back and I am very impressed with your customer service and attention to detail. Thanks Jiffy Lube and Pontiak deserves a raise.

Honestly, more expensive then valvoline and took more then 45 minutes to finish. I wouldn't write a negative review if the employees didn't leave my car door open while it was pouring rain outside. My door filled with rain and got my speakers soaking wet. Never returning to this location.

This place is amazing Elias and Pontiac are always so helpful and amazing prices on oil changes!

Arrived 35 minutes before they closed and they would not do an oil change because there was a car ahead of me. How is a customer supposed to know if they can get service or not before driving from the other side of town if their hours of operation does not actually mean anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I was denied service because the owner claimed my car smelled like smoke and it “reminded” him of his wife who had got into a car accident and died because the driver was under the influence. That is discrimination and I have not been back sense. I just don’t understand how his wife’s death led me to be denied service.

Service was good overall, but this company needs to lower its prices. Across street at big O tire, they offer the same oil change for 30 dollars cheaper.

Pretty fast service they didn't push on trying to sell me stuff I didn't need overall good service

I was greeted by the Jiffy Lube team with coursey and respect. The service team identified what were my needs and invited me to take a seat in the nicely manicure waiting room. Once my vehicle was inspected a member of the team reviewed the services needed

I am please to say that my experience and services received was great.

These guys did an excellent job. They explained everything, told me prices and let me decide what I wanted to have done. They scanned a barcode on my door that said what type of oil to use, etc.
A special shout out to the manager who was awesome and went the extra mile. When all was done, he took me to my car, dipped the dip stick and showed me the clean oil and that it was full.
My last Jiffy Lube oil change was in Spokane Valley, WA and it was a disaster, they didn't put enough oil in and it ended up costing me $2100 to fix my car.
This is my go to oil change place now!
