Very professional workers and nice lobby with free coffee and fresh and cream and sugar & bathroom clean & I will be returning for more work.

I used a Groupon voucher that was worth $70 so that was for my oil change then the girl mentioned I had to change the filter and she’s like it’s $30 more I was like ok and after it’s time to pay I’m being charged $70 like what? ! The differences should have been $30 plus tax so I calculated $41 then she tells me oh no the air filter is $39.99 like you could have said that since the beggining so I’m like okay my total is still $51 why am I paying $70 how! They couldn’t give me answers so unprofessional!

Was told one price on the phone then it went up by 70 dollars when I got there, not sure if the woman did that because I'm black or she just scamming everyone

My sister went in for an oil change. After, she went to another mechanic so that they could check to see if they actually put the amount she paid for, and they said Jiffy Lube only put half. Please stay away from this place.

They failed to fill the washer fluid and check the tire air pressure. Which now has me wondering if they checked the differential, transmission and other vital fluids. They also didn't clean the windows nor vacume the interior which used to be standad services. Service isn't what it used to be.

How do I start? Well no one there believes in being a professional. Maybe the employees are under paid but either way the service was bad. Over filled my vw passat and caused some type of weird sound. Didn't get my receipt & the manager was busy playing on his phone, like that spoiled little entitled fat kid that was spoiled and hated to be forced to work. I don't know but this isn't the oil change you need to waste your money on.

Second and last time I come here. Good location and no problem. A guy came to complain about something and wanted to talk to manager but they told him manager doesn't answer. Guy stated that website has a 72 hour guaranteed on website. But they just looking at the guy and I am here waiting for my car. I was told not to use Jiffy Lube for oil changes and I think I know why. Hopefully they resolved his problem and I get my car soon. Over an hour and fifteen minutes.

I was very disappointed with my service I really thought that I can go there and get the best experience but I didn't I went in there for a simple oil change and they offered me another service that I thought I needed because they said so after everything further research figured out it was not necessary at all so they cheated me out of that and also when I asked them what kind of oil did they put in my car the guy that was working on my car came and said he put half and half half synthetic regular oil and also another guy also said the same thing that he had put a surface called half and half and when I proceeded to try to pay and use a coupon a guy came and said no no no she got a full synthetic oil so of course they charged me more and honestly it's not about the charge I will pay whatever it is to get my car to be on perfect conditions it's the not knowing not trusting these people anymore I always tell everybody to go there I I thought they were honest but now to find out that they really aren't I feel very cheated I would never go there again or ever recommend anybody to go there I went to the Jiffy Lube on State Avenue and Tweety in the city of South Gate I will never trust him again it's so hard as a woman to go try to get your car worked on and like always this place disappointed

Told me that they had too many cars to do and come back another day or go to the next nearest one to look on my phone for the nearest location

One time they cracked my cap doing an oil change. I noticed an oil stain in my driveway. I ended up taking it somewhere else to get fixed. They always forget to reset my maintenance light after an oil change. They always try to get you to do service that you don't need.

If you want to wait for 2-3 hours for a oil change this spot has you covered. How many technicians to change the oil? Well this place gives you 5 for one car.

Very bad experience my transmission started likingoil after that service and they didn't fixed I had to pay my mechanic $145 to fix it

During my oil change, oil was waste on my turbo and went into my chamber … now when I call and try and talk to the manager they hang up in my face. Very unprofessional

As i arrived very nice personal, take a few minutes to get my car started but overall was a god costumer service, when i get to the window to pay my sorprise was the cost of the oil change over 129 doollars for syntetic, and i have to be gratefull the guy trow a 20 dollar off on my ticket wich come to a total of 110+ change, i try to use my cupon that i get on the mail but he said is the same discount he just give me, far and beyond the prices.need to learn how to change oil by myself.

The offer was for 99.00 why would you charge labor separately on a thing that already had a fixed price? I was told 109 out the door by the representative and come time to pay was 130+
Secondly the air freshener they use is the same one they use in the porta Jon's and its strong and very unpleasant in both the office and the waiting room. Lastly why put that I declined window cleaning and vacuum if I wasn't asked?

Edit: Upon further inspection I noticed my car has been leaving oil stains everywhere and to my surprise when I open the hood I see oil puddles on my splash shield the oil has been splashing everywhere since my oil change. Horrible service.

I hadn't been there in a long time but the service Prices were too high and they don't clean your windows like before or check the air on your tires

Bad experience my truck was there for hrs just for an oil change idk what the problem was with the shift that went in but their attitude and work ethic was horrible specially the kid that gave me my keys he and the rest of the guys there do not care about good customer service

This place is pretty quick and cool they are ready to vacuum out your car and clean your windows while they are changing your oil. Only thing I didn't like is i had to get out of my car to pay in the office as well as for then to drive my car in the bay. Its a hassle if you have kids with you and you have to take them out the car with you.
