Best place for me, totally helpful straight forward answers. Definitely making this my spot.

The oil change was done well but the person who drove my car did not care that it was my car and I was in front of him he sped through the drive bay and snagged my muffler on a ramp twice and now my muffler is no longer straight and is canted at least 10 degrees. And the "tech" gave me back my keys and as if nothing had happened and not even an apology. Needless to say I am never going back to that location. All that and I had to pay $115 plus tax for the experience.

I'm so glad I went to jiffy lube on Lincoln and Brookhurst in Anaheim! They are so fast and thorough.and nice!

Service was ok I paid $216 for a oils change and oil filter they did fill my window washer fluid and raider fluid for free un like Valvoline charges $5 extra for each only thing I thought was a rip off was the air filter and cabin filter at autozone u can get it for more then half off and their easy to do 2 clips on the air filter air filter at autozone $17 for the same one they use cabin filter $15 I paid $37 for air filter and $55 for cabin filter never again I paid $102 extra on top of the $120 for oil and oil filter and labor I love Jiffy Lube it's grate service depending on location and staff I've been going to them for all my needs I drive a lot I need to do my service every 45 days or less but never done the air filters their I always do them on my own

Very friendly and very quick. I thought it would take over an hour but was in and out in under 30 minutes. Definitely keep going here.

Television was playing a video game in lobby which was primarily about killing, shooting, violence scenes. Not something we need to see more of. Yes I am a snow flake.

Team lacks enthusiasm, knowledge and sales tactics. Went in for an oil change and no one greeted, blank face almost forced to ask what service I wanted. I was asked what type of oil I needed sorry sir I’m not the expert. Won’t be returning.

Just stop by this location, and only see one employee, looks like he blocked all the entrances with yellow chains, makes me wonder if this location is closed. I drive to another side of the store and try to ask the only employee there and he has super attitude, ask me what I want. I tell him I need an oil change, he tells me the price without checking my car. Again, super attitude! Such a bad experience!

$109.00 plus tax for a simple oil change is ridiculous.maybe I was quoted this price because I'm not Hispanic.

The manager has a hard time looking me in the face. I'm not sure this guy understands that being genuine and personable will grow business. Otherwise service was fast and the rest of the crew was ok.

Ended up not needing an oil change on a fleet vehicle but I thought I did (car dash said I needed one). Ernie was straightforward and helpful. He checked the oil and explained everything.

I’ve been taking my car the past two times to Jiffy Lube but this time I took it to a different Jiffy Lube they put in the wrong type of oil then what my car asks for it even says put in 5w30 right on the car?
