Jiffy Lube, Palm Desert CA

Jiffy Lube on Washington St.in Palm Desert is a great place to have your oil change or any work done on your car.its a very pleasant place, and very friendly, and they explain to you what your car needs and price up front.they do an awesome job and fast.

I was pleased I only had to wait 10 mins before I was guided into a bay. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. It was another 15 mins before I was asked what service I would like (oil type and filter change). The car was done and driven out of the bay 15 mins later. Then I waited 20 mins before I could pay and leave. So much for “Jiffy” service.

I usually get my oil changed at this location. My engine light had come on and I knew my suspension was ready to be replaced so I went in and asked if they could do that job along with the oil change. They were able to and gave me an estimate that was much better than I expected. John, the mechanic, communicated what needed to be done to solve my issues. Along with the store manager, Jesse, they were able to get the needed parts and complete the job in a timely manner. They are a great team. I’ll definitely be back for my automotive repair and maintenance needs. It was so convenient and right next to a Starbucks where I was able to hang out comfortably. This is a good group and I highly recommend them. Plus… they are so nice and kind to this older lady who knows very little about cars.

I called ahead and asked about getting a service done and I was quoted a price and an estimated time of how long it would take. I was told if I came right then it would take about 40 minutes. I quickly got there and was quoted again about 40-50 minutes. I patiently sat and waited and 40 MINUTES LATER, I was told that the gentleman working had an emergency and left. And that they would get started on it now. As in they hadn’t already started…40 minutes later…and that it would take at least an hour to get done…also the guy who was working on it who had an “emergency” was still there…working on something else. I had somewhere to be so I was unable to stay. It was a complete waste of my time and I will never go back to this location because they lie for no reason.

I was very concerned about the service I received, the techs didn't seem to know what they doing.

All men there were really polite, efficient and helpful. Was fiirst time

They tried really hard to fix my headlight.weren't able to finish but their effort was outstanding

Everyone there did an amazing job. Great customer service. Everyone was very nice and professional. Will definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location to others.

Stop to get an oil change. Pulled through the opening to the bays. Nice guy came up, said, go into the lobby someone will help you.
Went into lobby, no one was there. Noise was coming from a small office. Then someone came out and said someone will help you. Then walked out.
There was no one in the lobby at all, so I went out and left.
They obviously don't care about good customer service. I say that because "I was the only one there".

The crew on 8/19/2022 at 8am really took care of me. Not only was it quick but it was high quality work with high quality service. Yesterday was my first time going but I plan to return with any car problems in the future!

Adriana was so nice and helpful! She wasn’t pushy at all but let me know the different options available. I appreciated how professional and efficient they were. Highly recommend!

Went for an oil change and requested to check my tires…They never checked my tire pressure and did not put air even when I told the lady prior that my tires needed some air because I got my indicator lit on! When she asked for the payment, I asked again if my tires been taking care of because my indicator still going off! She told me that they did check and put some air and told me that the light will clear once I drive the car for about 2 miles… after 10 miles my low tire pressure warning still on! I checked one of my tires still looking deflated! Poor customer service for lying!

These guys are heroes! I’m a single mom of a 4 year old, in the middle of a move from Northern California to Texas. Halfway through my car kept going into limp mode and then it dawned on me that perhaps my ex over filled my transmission. Sure enough, he did. Fully understanding that I was traveling alone with my daughter and our dogs, with no way to drain it myself, they referred me to another location that had a certified tech on duty since they didn’t. Now we’re back on the road and ready to get to our new home and life. They definitely cured a lot of frustration and fear for the rest of this trip. Thank you!

I want to give five stars because one of the employees did his best being short staffed. But the location states on website and door open at 8 am. He came out to tell me know one was there and they don’t open till 10 am. No one told him or posted signs or information anywhere. Hope y’all can get it together. I will go back, it’s my favorite oil place.

Employees were polite and very professional. The work atmosphere was friendly and the employees were engaging.
