Excellent service. Fast and work done at a fair price. Clean waiting room. Service times for me have usually been 20 minutes or less.

Very nice and polite gentlemen, noticed I had kids with me and made my oil change very quick.

I was very impressed by this location's service. Friendly staff and got me in and out so fast even though they were so busy. David helped me at the front desk, he was very knowlegable and when I left to get in my car to leave all the staff in the garage said bye and acknowleged me. This location is literally the best I have experienced.

I would give ZERO star if I can, AVOID this TERRIBLE place! You pay hundreds of bucks for scratches!

Came here for oil change at this place in the past few years, the team was good and professional. However, this morning's experience is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

After paying hundreds of bucks for oil and radiator fluid change, a fresh scratch is added to the driver side door. Photos and videos are provided to show there's no scratch this morning right before doing the service, but the employees and the manager just told me it's IMPOSSIBLE that they did it, and told me there is no guarantee to fix it! This is how this place treats their customers!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND AVOID THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!

This place is overpriced and extremely slow! Took 1 hour and I complained about how long it was taking at the 1 hour point and was told it would take 30-35 minutes when I asked.

They helped me out when I was in a pinch. Previous oil change at Acura dealership was botched.had oil leaking onto my garage. These guys were open on a Sunday afternoon, found the problem (defective oil filter) and fixed it. No BS; Professional

This place has really changed a lot. The staff and customer service has improved the most. Today they could have easily taken me for 60 bucks more than I had planned, but they told me extra things I wanted weren't necessary. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

This Jiffy Lube location has gone downhill. Ladies steer clear as the manager will try to upsell you into a service you don't need. Glad I drove away, took my business elsewhere and paid half the cost I was quoted here.

Bait and switch to use coupon to get customers to store and then blame them for not reminding clerk to process discount. I showed coupon during estimate. I called store at 7am the next morning to explain. They would not honor coupon when mistake was noticed less than 12 hours later. It wasn’t even a busy period and service took less than 30 minutes, which is the excuse they gave me for mistake. Why bother offering coupons if store won’t honor. Very deceptive customer service.

Great team, fast work, reliable job and recommended additional services without being pushy or shady. I've taken all 3 of our cars here, quick & easy, close to home, would recommend to anyone looking to get a good job in a hurry.

They did an oil change and tire rotation and I was out of there in less than an hour. Great service, I will definitely be coming back.
