I was in & out of there in, well, a jiffy. Always a good experience at this particular place.

Took my son's car in for an oil change and possible overheating issue. They stated; they pressure tested the coolant system and it looked like it was a possible air bubble. Should be good, and the levels were fine, but to get the thermostat checked just to make sure. Within 3 minutes of taking the car home the thermostat read hot and there was coolant all over the inside of the engine. The car continued to leak the remaining coolant in the reservoir onto the street. When we returned to them after the weekend to have them check for a hose leak maybe a blown hose connection they refused saying they told us there was a leak and there was nothing they could do. When I again mentioned there was no leak prior to taking it to them, was told then it was just a coincidence. It was not their issue. Although he did tell my son he probably shouldn't be driving the car around as he told him to take it somewhere else. Complete Joke. The best line was. "I only pressure checked the line out of the kindness of my heart" I have been going there for 10 years with various cars. I won't be back.

Awful customer service up-charged me and the next customer that came in said something about the up charge and the mechanic/cashier automatically dropped it down $20 bucks. I went across the street after too another place that offers oil changes and asked and they said they’d do it for half the price they gave me and said there’s tons and tons of customers who get ripped off at this jiffy lube location lol. Too top it off once i was done he tossed me my papers across the front desk. Wont be coming back

Sent my wife to get an oil change. Isiah told her jeeps only use synthetic oil which is a 100 percent false. Car is under a 100,000 miles and now must use synthetic oil. Place is a scam Isiah is a liar go elsewhere. Check Midas for a way better deal

Went through a pretty typical mechanic scam here. Came in for a $60 oil change and waited an hour. In that time I saw them pull the same thing with about 6 customers.

First, they come find you with your engine and cabin filter in hand to test how knowledgeable about cars they are. They say it’s time to replace them. Looks like a cheap thing, right? Nope, $200 up charge. But they tell you they don’t know the price off the top of their heads.

If you fall for that, they’ll change your brake fluid and more without telling you and try to charge you.

Came in for a $60 service, they tried to charge me $600. And when I complained, they instantly dropped it to $300. What a joke.

Showed up at 6: 28pm tonight (Saturday) for a quick transmission exchange only, since I am going on a road trip next weekend.

Their hours online & on the Jiffy Lube corporate site ALL show they are open until 7pm Mon-Sat.

One bay door was open. We pulled up, parked & started to walk up to pay for the service we needed - there were no other customers at the time, and the service technician slammed the bay door closed as we exited our car. The front door was already locked.

We arrived 32 minutes before their scheduled closing time, someone was there, and they closed the doors on us!

Extremely unprofessional. We will NEVER return.

Employees are always nice and efficient. I regularly go to RSM location for oil changes and it is always a good experience.

If you are looking for excellent customer service, this is not the place for you. If you want a great deal on tires and want it done quickly, Jiffy Lube a week, this is your place. The prices cannot be beat. They can save you a hundred maybe more. I just got 4 new tires for my Honda Accord. They also patch tires, inside patch, not just a plug, for only $15. Other places want to charge you $25 or more.

I tried calling to pick inquire about something. They picked up and didn’t even say anything. I understand businesses can get busy but at least ask me to hold. I guess they really don’t care about making money.

Service person took my car even though it was close to closing. He was so courteous and professional.
