Not a place for real diagnostics. Misdiagnosed my problem with the engine light 3 x 1 in San Antonio and 2 in Los Angeles. If the shop wasnt sure they shouldnt engage people to spend money on problem that they think they can fix, but ended up just paying and engine light is still on

They have problem with the desk guys. First time I went, the cashier was a man that was in bad mood, maybe they dont like their Job. They even say thank you after pay. Second time I went the cashier was a girl (short haircut) and I asked for a coffee, she even looked at me, she was only in hurry to charge the service and when I went to take coffee she just leaved me there and even say thank you again. Never will come back.

I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. Needed to have it done and had cars stacked behind me, otherwise I would have left.

Front desk guy Mario was dismissive & rude. Overall I (the paying customer) was treated like a ghost and instead my passenger was the one who got all the feedback & questions about my car, when i was the one who approached the desk guy about getting it serviced. In the end of course the paperwork wasn’t even handed to me, there was no feedback given to me, I wasn’t acknowledged. & It’s just a bad look on the business- especially with the unnecessary compliments given in the end at my young sister. The mechanics w acknowledged me more, friendlier respectful than the front desk guy.it leaves a bad impression, definitely not going back there.

Took 5 hours to fix just spark plugs! When it wasn’t busy at all! Been here since 11 I’m getting my car back at 4: 30! People have things to do! Stick to just oil change!

I was having issues with the oil light in my car and Armando came to my house to check the car out. He was able to refill the oil at my home and then check it all out at the office. Best service I’ve ever received, 10/10 will be going out!

Employees are getting trained in this location, dont know the service. Like other location, if you want to spend hours waiting, this is the right place for YOU!

I got in, lady mechanic was very friendly and helpful, the mechanic that checked my car was Kool, polite and informative. Service was super quick! All together 15 min only did oil chainge. The guy at the register not pushi to sell me something I did not want but let me know at what point I could no longer put off the other maintenance stuff.

Wow. They were wrong about *everything* on my estimate and completely missed what was actually wrong with my car. Additionally, the estimate was ridiculously overpriced at around $2500. Not one thing on the estimate needed to be fixed! Unbelievable experience! Go to a reputable mechanic instead. Avoid completely.

Ridiculous wait times! It took me almost 2 hours wait before my turn. I wanted an oil change. If you have all day to waste, this is the place for you.

Pathetic. I pulled in and waited and waited for someone to approach my car, acknowledge my existence, ask what I wanted and they didn’t so much as throw me a glance. I’ve never been to a single oil change place where they don’t come up to you and ask what you’d like done to your car, I just sat there waiting.ignored until I decided to finally leave.
