Manager always goes out of his way to personalize the experience. Day after Christmas the bulk of the employees called out sick except for the manager. He was so nice and asked me if i was in a hurry prior to working on the car in front of me as he was alone. I was more than half to wait and respected the fact he stayed open despite having no help. Jiffy Lube on Devonshire and Reseda well always get my business.

The only ISSUE I have is that Jiffy DOES NOT USE CAR-FAX so services can be esasely traced

Solid. I had a coupon given to me by corporate, because of a bad experience a couple of months ago. I just went to a different jiffy lube just down the street, and they couldn't figure out what the coupon was and sent me on my way. These guys weren't sure what it was, but realized they should just take it and check with corporate later and make sure the customer was taken care of. Plus they were super quick, and super friendly. Definitely hit this one and not the one down the street.

I've been here twice so far and each time I received great service. Angel helped me out this time, and I'll be back again the next time I need service.

The employees here were very professional, and they were definitely very patient with me (I don't know a whole lot about cars)! The service was quick and straightforward, and I definitely feel as though the team did their jobs!

Coupons! This place was amazing thank you to everyone that helped. Super fast, takes like 10-15 min per car for the oil change and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Don't forget to print coupons online!

The service was fine, not exceptional just fine. The synthetic oil change was over $100. Not worth the sizeable upcharge.

This was my first time using Jiffy Lube as I have a personal mechanic. I was unable to schedule with him unfortunately and thankfully the mechanics at Jiffy Lube were there to help and we're indeed helpful! They not only changed my oil, but Aileen A (who is both professional and funny) also informed m of other issues with my vehicle and made note of them for my regular mechanic so safelythsat I can continue to drive to my destinations.safely.

I've been going to this JIffy Lube for about three years. Every time, it's the same: quality service from professionals. They're polite, efficient, and driven by the desire to see to it that my car gets the service it NEEDS, as opposed to trying to SELL me another product. (On more than one occasion I've been told that a service is not necessary now, but may be required in the near future. I appreciate that candor.)

The service I received at Jiffy Lube (corner of Reseda and Devonshire) by the attendant was courteous and professional. I am a repeat customer and each experience to change my oil has always been positive. It took slightly over a half hour to complete the service and it is this speed that I appreciate.
