The usual Jiffy Lube experience; upsold attempts at every turn, patronizing staff, long wait time.

This jiffy lube did not tighten the filter down all the way. I heard my engine ticking and new exactly what was wrong. I was out of oil. Brand new engine and they did not tighten my oil filter enough. If this engine goes bad on me I'm the next year. I will be filing a lawsuit against this company. Will never go here ever again. Though the manager was apologetic and gave me a full refund. I just hope when leaving to Florida on Monday my engine will take the full distance. Or they will hear from me.

We realized on our way to Palm Springs from Palm Desert that the check oil level light had come on in our classic Corvette. Knowing it is a bad idea to drive with low oil we went to the first Jiffy Lube we saw which was in Palm Desert at Fred Waring and Town Center Way. The staff was amazing and even though the line was long it went very quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Oscar was especially great! I've actually never had an oil change experience that was so good I wanted to write a review:)

Unusually busy. They seemed more concerned with getting me out then actually giving me good service. I had waited 45 minutes for service.

This Jiffy lube is so great. Communication is very clear so that you know what to expect.when choices are available it is easy to choose because the information is very clear. Every employee helped to move my oil change along as quickly as possible. This Jiffy lube is 1000% a place I recommend. I have a new driver and sent her here and I can say with positivity she was also excellently taken care of.

This was, by far, the best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to! The service was phenomenal and they were SO fast! I'll definitely be back!

You can wipe out any beliefs so you think about jiffy lube from a past experience the Palm Desert team is exceptional in every way and I highly recommend them, this comes from one very picky Lexus owner.

I visited this location with my son over the weekend, it was my first time ever at a Jiffy Lube. I was so impressed, I returned to have my truck serviced the following day. Straight talk: I come from parents who both served in the military. My own career took me into the US gov - so I know what great team work and cohesive morale looks like. Clearly, this location exemplifies that achievement. IMO: There is very little room for improvement at this location (except perhaps the availability of coffee).

I love that they check other things to make sure everything is up to par. I had no idea that the cabin filter was so dirty until the serviceman showed me.

Thank you to Henry, Dennis, Michael, Andrew, Angela and the rest of the crew. For all their hard work and efficiency when it came to changing the oil and differential oil of my newly acquired truck. Friendly faces everywhere appreciate their kindness and those smiles.

1. - I really like to come here, very convenient but last time my car started to run a bit rough like struggling. I set up and app with my mechanic due to that and also a weird sound when I start the engine.
I decided to open up the good and saw that the case where the air filter goes was not closed.it was open unlached. Luckily I saw it and save me at least $100 since I cancelled my app.
Usually do not say anything but I do not want to see this happen again to anyone. Car run perfect after I close the filter case (important for the engine performance), and starting sound was gone.
2. -Also, in the past, after the tire air check service
the tire caps are missing.little thing but annoying.
3. - A bit pushy trying to sell

Other than that, they are quick and convenient.
