Jiffy Lube, Perris CA

First time at this location. The one in Perris gave me false information on my car. Said it was leaking oil from multiple spots. Gave me a print out of costs it would be to fix it. However, my car is always parked in my driveway and there isn't a drop of oil on the pavement, ever. Seemed shady. However, this location seems good. Kinda pricey for their wipers. $20 a piece? Could have got em for $20 for the pair on eBay. The new manager, Moises was a pretty good guy though. He was informative, and was pretty friendly. Our car is running great since the service we had done. However one of those wipes constantly misses a spot on my windshield and it drives me nuts. Other than that, fast service, and friendly employees.

Moises the assistance manager and his team was professional and helpful did a great job on oil service on my vehicle thanks again will be returning for future services.

They charged my partner $150 for oil change and they said it needed special oil because it's European Volvo. I've never used special oil for that and never paid that much. He got ripped off, I don't trust them they'll take advantage.

I was refused business today for opting for conventional oil vs synthetic oil. I was told conventional oil is frowned upon and may damage my engine, and would be used at my own risk.when i opted for it, I was denied and sent home without an oil change. Why is conventional oil even an option at Jiffy Lube? I feel I was turned away, by the manager, due to a lesser profit.

A few days ago, my car oil light came on informing me I had only 5% left so I went to this location after work, which was 30 mins before this location closed. I commute an hour to work so I wanted to ensure that my oil was changed asap. Upon arrival, the team was prepping for an after-hours inspection but they eagerly serviced me. They noticed that my oil was actually pretty good and gave me a complimentary top-off. The store manager was extremely pleasant and serviced me even though they were busy preparing for their inspection. I really appreciate this location and wish the store manager great success in the future.

Came in for a inspection and they failed me on the spot. What do you know, I took it to Pep Boys and my car passed. Didn't even attempt to try to help a Veteran who served this Country. Raul and the rest of his employees will give this company a discrimination lawsuit. I guarantee it! Do not support this business!

Fast in and out service for a great price, definitely very convenient. My local trusted shop for all the family cars, I'm grateful for the jiffy crew always a fast visit.

The people here are very professional and respectful. They finished my oil change in a timely manner and informed me of my reverse light being out. I'm am very happy with their service.

We were helped by Raul and Erik (sorry if spelling is incorrect), and we had exceptional service from the time we walked in. Erik walked us through our estimate, offered additional offered services, we signed, then we got some additional and useful information from Raul. We will definitely be back. We usual get service by Toyota but we moved a bit further from the dealership and this is close and accessible. Highly recommend.

Took them over 3 hours to change my oil and spark plugs as I waited sweating because of no AC. They did not vacuum the floors or wash the windows as stated on my receipt.

Went in for an oil change on my 2016 civic u have to remove skid plate to access oil filter and they did not install back the skid plate properly some clips were not put back and skid plate fell loose on the highway putting my family in danger I had to pull over because it sounded like my muffler was dragging at high speeds totally unprofessional whoever did the oil change shouldve took pride in there work and I wouldve took it back and had you install it the right way but at that point it was too late I was in another city and I had to go to honda dealership to get it installed properly which cost me $100 with the clips I had to buy as well which were misplaced by this place horrible experience last time ill be coming here for an oil change

This place is extremely slow 1 hour and 30 minutes for a simple oil change 1 car in front of me

Staff was fast, professional and friendly. I will make the drive to return to this location. The one located on Case road was short, unprofessional and not inviting.

Has always been fantastic to us. Their oil change prices are fair, and they are fast and friendly.

I normally go to the ram dealership because I feel strongly about let them service what they made.you no, however I’m a traveling person, and the dealership is always busy, I had no other choice but to get a professional to do the job but give me the same standard as the dealership. This is my third time at this jiffy lube and their service is awesome and I do thank them for all work and help with my 2020 quad cab. I recommend this place for others as well.

Called got 3 different quotes on regular oil change prices that they offered I drove there and had them raise the prices of a regular oil change and make it more expensive than competitors doing fully synthetic and they were going to let me drive off without my air philter they removed and only put back in after I reminded them that they had removed it. Do not appreciate them raising the quoted prices by 20$ or more and than trying to have me drive away before they put my air philter back in. Not professional or safe and I was the only client their. @ 10: 20 am

My bumper was tore off half-way after a good job changing my oil; didn't even tell me; had to repair it myself in front of their exit before I left.

I love these guys. They are always friendly and helpful. They explain everything before they do it.

The guys were quick and efficient. They offered extra services but didn't try to pressure us into anything.
