Horrible customer service will use BIG O tire in the same lot and so should you! Actually cheaper for oil change and you get free tire rotations. The manager here is rude. Terrible customer service

AVOID THIS PLACE! Horrible service. Horrible attitude. The 2 employees there were the rudest, most apathetic young men I have ever seen working anywhere (my receipt shows one was T Mai). I came in on 10/24 for an oil change and to have a brake light replaced. I told Mai I had a coupon but he still tried to overcharge me. I asked him about the brake light, and he had forgotten to check it (?). He went back out to check it and said both brake bulbs were ok. I also had a check engine light on, so fortunately there is a car repair place across the parking lot, and I went there to have them check the error code. They diagnosed the check engine issue, AND also found and replaced 3 (!) light bulbs which were not working, including the 2 brake lights! I had also asked Jiffy Lube to top off fluids, which had also not been done, as several were low! The mechanic also showed me where a large amount of spilled oil was sitting on top of the oil pan, which had obviously happened at Jiffy Lube, and took a while to clean up. The mechanic also told me had received several recent reports of shoddy or incomplete work being reported by other customers from this Jiffy Lube. If I could give zero stars on this review I would. The only reason I'm writing this review at all, even after such a traumatic experience, is to hopefully deter anyone else from ever using this place. The brake light issue should have been caught by Jiffy, and if I hadn't gone immediately to the car repair place, could have put me at serious risk of having an accident due to malfunctioning brake lights! There was no manager on duty or I would have gone back over and given him a piece of my mind. If I were the owner, these two young men would no longer have a job. Also, thanks to this experience I am NEVER using any Jiffy Lube ever again, and plan on writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau and the president of Jiffy Lube to complain. To reiterate, AVOID THE SHODDY SERVICE AT THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

This place is well managed and professional. They get me in and out, let me stay in my vehicle, and are knowledgeable. Been going here for over 10 years.

It was my first time coming to this JL location. I spoke to manager on Friday and asked if an appointment was needed for my BMW's oil change. He kindly said that I didn't need an appointment, and to just come in anytime. However, when I got there, they did not have the oil available and only had one type of synthetic. As my technician explained that, another tech kept staring at me. He began to speak in Spanish (thinking I didn't understand) and began complaining about me to another employee. I responded and said (in Spanish) that I was fluent and could understand what he was saying. He became irritated, got out from under the car and began to walk towards my car.
He began to curse at me, while another technician held him back! I was stuck inside my car, and felt concerned for my safety. I had to remind this fool that I wasn't his girlfriend, momma or someone he could abuse and told him to step back. I will never be coming back here again, it is apparent that the employees are not under control at this location.

Good customer service, fast, efficient, did extra helpful things I forget about. Will go there agsin.

Staff was very friendly, there was no line on a Saturday, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Kinda pricy for an oil change but they also checked my tires and vacuumed out my car.

Go to this place if you want a team to help fix your car. They work together great and are extremely fast since they have all hands on deck. Definitely going back

Very good service, Quick and fast, they will give you all the details of your car that it needs to be service. I hardly recommend this guys.

My husband and I have been going to this location for over 20 years. We noticed a change in the type of employees a few years back yet still remained loyal. Tonight was the last straw. We drove up at 6: 40 p.m. To try and get our oil changed. The garage doors were open but no one was in the garage. My husband walked inside to try and find someone. No one was there. As he came back outside, an employee drove in really fast and parked his car. In the meantime, someone finally came out from inside. My husband asked if we could get our oil changed. The employee groaned, rolled his eyes, said nothing, and looked at the person who had driven in and parked the car. I guess that was the manager. The manager walked right by us and didn't say a word. The entire time we stood there no one said anything to us. Not, well it's kind of late or sure, let me start the paperwork. Literally nothing. My husband and I decided right then and there that we would not only not get our oil change done there tonight but that we would never come back. By the time the employees figured out that we were not happy and tried to get us to pull in our car, we refused and drove away. Horrible service. Horrible attitude. The manager was not on site. The employee who was there was one of the rudest, most apathetic young men I have ever seen working anywhere. If I could give zero stars I would. If I were the owner, these two young men would no longer have a job.

Seriously I don’t know how to thank these guys! Professional, friendly, kind, patient and they explain everything. They worked on changing transmission fluid for my car this week and found another problem and fixed it. Today I took the car back for an unrelated problem. Angel looked at it. Showed me all the issues with the car and inspected the car in full detail! And gave me an estimate.
But really the most important thing to me is the kindness and patience. Businesses need the likes of these guys to work for them!
