Jiffy Lube, Alhambra CA

I'm this location for an oil change using synthetic fluid.after my oil change my truck is now leaking oil from the oil pan. I would not recommend. -I emailed the address below and received no response.

I love this location, every employee is very respectful and professional at what they do. They are all keeping busy making sure customer's are happy, and receive fast and efficient service, Thank you Alhambra location!

That don't call it "Jiffy" for nothin'! Gotta love the "just stay in your car" holdover from the COVID days (as if the they're behind us ‍️) mentality they hit us with.especially with the rain!

I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube. Two males assisted with the oil change on my vehicle. I think one was the manager and the other was a very young guy. They were both very attentive and friendly. The young guy came to my window and showed me how filthy one of my filters was. He provided me with a price and what I like most is that he did not pressure me to change it. I did agree on Jiffy Lube replacing it. He walked back to my window took out the filter from the box it came in showed it to me and put the old one in the box. It was like he was letting me know he's really changing it and not pretending which he totally didn't have to do. The manager voluntarily cleaned some residue from my battery too. I must say, Jiffy Lube always has great customer service.

Went to get my oil changed and they ended up messing up my splashguard on the bottom of my car and they overcharge

Oil change was quick but so quick they did not perform the other listed items, did not tipoff washer fluids. Checked and filled tire pressure on one side of the vehicle, Did not clean the windshields, and did not reset oil service alert in the vehicle. Literally got me in, got me out and took $80, didn't even buy me dinner.

Never had a female do my oil change, but there is always a first time for everything! Was taken care of real quick and out of there in a JIFFY! Lol get it Jiffy Lube, and Jiffy? Anyways service was great and it was reasonable! Don’t forget to utalize the on line coupons they help too! Didn’t get the females name but quite sure she’s the only girl doing oil changes at the corner of Freemont and Valley Blvd!

Fast and efficient with friendly staff you can ask for more great location came in on Saturday morning. They were kind of busy but they got through all the cars very quickly.

What more can you want? Fast service, you wait in your car while the service is being done. And they accept coupons off your phone. So be sure to show them before payment.

I went to Jiffy Lube this morning to get an oil change on my car and I provided a discount to the associate because I am a member and have been a member of Jiffy Lube for quite some time and I’ve subscribed to your email but my discount of $12 was not applied to my transaction. No refund was ever discussed either.

Went in for oil and filter change. Was done within 20 mins. Later that day while driving on the freeway I heard something dragging from my front end. By the time I got off the freeway my plastic splash shield that they had to remove had come off on the freeway. It wasn’t replaced the proper way and come down and dragged on the freeway till it came off. Cost me close to $300 to replace it with dealer parts. I called and spoke to mgr. Lazero and he denied that it was done by his shop. My mistake was to go back and have it serviced again on 7/18/22. On 7/24/22 I was driving and heard something scraping again. This time I kind of knew was it was and pulled over on a surface street. Sure enough the right side of the splash pan was dragging. Luckily I still had a couple of inserts from the last time and used one to keep it up. I drove down to the store and spoke to the acting mgr. Jose who gave me attitude when I was trying to explain why I was there. Also when they air up your tires my sensors always come on because they are over filled. I’m never going back there and I don’t recommend them to anyone and I will be taking them to small claims for the cost of the splash shield and the 16 inserts.

I have come to Jiffy a few times and I always get excellent service. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They work quickly and explain everything. If you need an oil change this is the place to come. Thank you to all the Alhambra staff, but, especially Abel and Anthony
