Went to get my oil changed. I called ahead of time and the guy was super friendly. They were out of my size oil filter, he said I can bring my own in and they would adjust the price. I thought that was cool of them. When I showed up, each dude was nice and answered any questions I had. The guy who checked me out was really nice and helpful. Definitely will be going back to them!

I was disappointed that after spending close to $100 on an oil change nobody added air to my tires even though my car's indicator was clearly showing that one of my wheels had low pressure. This service is included as far as I remember. At least it was a
couple years ago.

Don’t get how they stay in business. The last three oil changed I’ve needed Ive went there first and each time turned away. First time no this, second time no that, today I tried and he wanted to sit in my car and have me sit inside the store for an oil change. Um, it’s Covid, you’re NOT getting in my car you stranger…. What is with this place.

Went to Jiffy Lube a few months ago to get an oil change. Cost way more than it should have but I just wanted it done quick without having to get out all the stuff to do it. They asked if I wanted them to put new oil in it after and I accepted and for an extra charge, they did nothing. Don't go here, they'll rip you off.

Dean and his crew took care of business. I dropped in unannounced. I got a great deal. No hard sell, but they were very informative. They did a great job. Quick and easy. I'll be back for sure.

My oil plug was completely stripped, they went the extra mile removed it and replaced it with a new one (no extra charge), I've taken my wife's car and my truck and both time's they were polite, honest and professional, and gave me a discount on both vehicles, thanks guys, I'll go back again.

Excellent service from Dean, walked in with no appointment after bad prior experiences with the KIA dealership where they neglected to put in oil after an oil change. He even suggested we bring in an oil additive (based on the make and age of the car) to our next service and he'd put it in complimentary. We'll definitely be back!
