Fantastic service. Al was extremely professional, concise and had me out in no time. Every Jiffy Lube should have an Al. I used to take my vehicle to the dealership for routine oil changes thinking the extra cost equates to better service. Nope. Jiffy Lube on Marconi is my go-to spot from now on. Thanks Al.

I was very pleased with the brake replacement and oil change services I received at this location. The service was fast and affordable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I went in to have my coolant checked since my car gave me a notice. I have never had better service at any shop or oil change place. They checked my coolant and all my other fluids and topped everything else off, all while being very friendly and accommodating. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but these guys were great!

So after going to jiffy lube and getting my oil changed they left either the filter or the plug loose on my vehicle so now I have a bunch of stains on my driveway and when I took it back I was told that I had a oil leak which is false The staff is kind but they lie to get their way out of the fact that they did something wrong which is not very good service so I'm sorry that I only gave you one star got to do better

Been coming here for oil changes for a while. Staff as usual was very friendly & helpful. Had kind of a unique situation with a non-op car needing work and Justin came to my rescue with new brakes. He was available for multiple phone calls to help set it up. I was expecting to need both axels done but he was honest & upfront and said I only needed front brakes. I never feel like I’m getting the wool pulled over my eyes at this branch or treated differently because I’m a woman. Also counseled me on my check engine light diagnostic code and what it may indicate (a bad 02 sensor) which ended up saving me $300 as we were able to buy the part & fix it ourselves. The dealership wanted $180 just to RUN the diagnostic. Happy to say my car passed smog, is registered now and running great. Thanks again Justin!
