Jiffy Lube, North Highlands CA

I have used multiple Jiffy Lube locations for oil changes, transmission flushes, filter replacements, tire rotations and brakes for years and have been quite satisfied with the service. I have been bringing my two vehicles to this location for 2 years now and I am so impressed with this operation compared to the others. The staff and manager are extremely friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They all go out of their way to make sure that I and my vehicles are well taken care of. This will definitely be my "go to" location from now on! Thanks!

Their website says that they clean the windows and vacuum but they didn’t do that and then at the end of my service it shows on my receipt that I did not want them to vacuum or clean my windows if they offered the service they should do the service I did not refuse any service

Wait was about 45 minutes but once my car was in it was done pretty quickly. Very nice staff!

I took two of our cars in for oil changes in the last couple of days. The price is no longer inexpensive but they did a good job as far as I know.

It was my first visit to this place today in order to change the engine oil. I was really happy with the attention of the staff, their reception and their wonderful smile. Thank you very guys thank you very much to Mr. Khaled, this is a wonderful person

Excellent Customer Service and quality that exceeds local competitors and their employee Logon Burkett was very good at his job and handled everything with such professionalism and I would highly recommend this fine young gentleman if you ever need yourself a highly qualified individual. Employees are friendly and helpful. Busy most days, good sign,
people don't come back if not satisfied. Could use some heat in waiting room. Of course I could be smarter and wear a jacket.

My old Nissan trucks oil filter is in a tricky spot, but these guys got it. Not the cheapest in town, but these guys are damned good.

I brought my work vehicle in for an oil changed, tires rotated, brakes checked for wear, and air filter changed today. When I was approached in the driveway, I mentioned to the mechanic that I was going to use coupons that I received in my email for oil change, tire rotation and air filter replacement and he said that was fine and I was going to save some money after quoting me an estimated cost for the services requested. After very quick service, that I appreciated, I was told that I could only use one coupon for payment. This is where I had a disagreement with the employee but paid for services rendered with the $20.00 oil change only being discounted. This was quite an uncomfortable situation and made me feel like I needed to make multiple visits to get all the different things I needed to have done just to use each discount. I have read the coupons fine print that said that the coupon could not be with another offer for the same service.
The mechanics are very efficient and quality of service oriented.
Just need clarification if I need to make multiple visits to use each coupon. Would have been a 5 five star review if not for this one issue,

They're really nice and don't try to oversell something you don't need. I've been to other locations but this is the only one I constantly go back to. It's my fifth time getting an oil change from them, they're awesome.

This Jiffy Lube location has the worst service I've ever experienced. Waited 10 minutes before an employee approached my car, when he finally did he said it would be a few minutes and13 minutes later no one approached my car so I left. The whole time I counted 6 employees roaming around the bay doing nothing. I got my car serviced somewhere else with great service. Will never go to any Jiffy Lube again.
