Jiffy Lube, Vallejo CA

Jiffy Lube is my favorite place to havey oil changes. The price is good and you can always bring the car in for topping off your fluids. They were even open to 4pm on New Year's Eve. Just your car in for an oil change and see for yourself!

Once again, I was Matt buy great customer service. Friendly technicians, and highly knowledgeable.

Pleasant employees until the end. Oil change was $144 (included the airfilter $14.99) THIS WAS WITH a $20 discount. My biggest issue is this:
1. Offered a $24 air filter, declined it, then offered me $10 off of it, I said OKAY.
2. Had a $16 coupon for the $112 oil change.
3. When checking out I was told I couldn't use the $16 coupon because they can only give me one discount- WHAT? So she thought I should compromise with $20 off rather than $26 like I knew I was supposed to get.
4. When she told me that there is NOTHING they can do about my $6 more off (petty, but NOT) I of course asked her to ask a manager, and she stated that the manager already said, "$20 is all she could do.
5. THIS LEFT AN EXTREMELY SOUR TASTE IN MY MOUTH because I felt lied to and didn't appreciate the employee's attitude when I was being told, "There is nothing I can do, you can only have $20 off we can only do one discount at a time. " when it was CLEARLY $26 that should have been taken off I tried explaining and was told, "NOPE. "
I got an online survey and filled it out, the manager called me and apologized and offered me $25 off my next oil change. NO WAY will I go back, its WAY OVER PRICED and I will NOT DO BUSINESS with a company that was so callus over $6, it is not all about $6 it's more about the principal. I feel like I was done wrong once, and if I go back, they'll find a way to screw me out of that $25 too. You can get an oil change for 1/2 the price at Walmart, or even a car dealer! Very disappointed in Jiffylube.

The service here is horrible.the staff are completely unprofessional and extremely rude and are complete A$$ Holes. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to these people.

Excellent and quick service, always, at this Jiffy Lube. Oil change and antifreeze replacements. Bravo Zulu to the the crew!

After oil change service, the car was making grinding noise. Took the car back immediately and found that there was no oil, they had missed filling car with oil, unbelievable.

Scratch that previous review. Staff and management appeared to have changed. I attempted to visit this location over a week ago at midday and there were no cars there, no techs present. When the first one did appear, he never acknowledged me. The second one appeared, was visibly irritated and had a negative tone to his voice when asked why I was there today. I said my oil change is due. As I attempted to explain the other services I was interested in, he said, so you're here for an oil change. Then he walked off. As he entered my license plate, I had already made up my mind that Jiffy Lube had lost not just my car, but my other two family cars. Your new staff is horrible and appeared disinterested in the most basic need. First impressions. Congratulate yourselves on allowing Oil Changers to gain three new vehicles. Your staff needs remedial training in customer service.

Service was quick and efficient, but as I was paying one of the mechanics was offering another customer a bigger discount for the same service I had completed. Just really bad customer service.

Awesome customer service! But make sure you wear a jacket because its cold as heck in the waiting area! Lol

They pulled my car out of the garage but had neglected to tighten the lug nuts. They tightend them off the lift. The did not check the air pressure on the tires. I wonder what else they didn't do.

Such a great experience! The team was so nice and extremely quick. I will definitely be going back.

I don't know i never had Service my Car at Jiffy Lube I heard it so expensive labor arm n a leg the price

If they don't properly put your skid tray an oil pan back on correctly an it gets messed up they won't replace it

Worst customer service, will not be returning! I’ll travel a hour away for a service before I come here
