The manager was very courteous and friendly. He suggested that I change my air filter next time around. I will always use this jiffy lube. All the workers; work very hard.

Forgot to tighten splash shield after oil change about 3 weeks later. Splash shield broke off almost got in a car accident trying to get off safely on the 91 eastbound. I called explained to the manager and he just kept on asking questions. They didn't even offer to pay for their mistake. I would never go there again. The place is dangerous to society.

Jiffy Lube Santa Ana has always be courteous and very professional every time that I've gone there and they have also taken care of my cars needs, they also explain things clearly and do an excellent job, I've never had a problem with them.thanks guys!

I searched for a Jiffy Lube coupon online and found one for $21, on a Jiffy Lube Najjar site. I was excited by this option to speed up my oil change. I was then able to enter all my info and then make an appointment for my desired site, # 1303 that accepted the coupon and received both an email confirming my appt and a reminder of that same appt. Upon showing up for the visit, I was told by the asst mgr that he worked there for 30 yrs and has never heard of appts made online. I showed him the emails and I was told I just had to wait in line with everyone else for the oil change. I waited 30 minutes for my turn. Upon pickup, they left the plastic protectors on my seat and changed the dashboard display that I had to wait for someone to come out and fix it and remove the garbage. I have used Jiffy Lube in the past but think they need to coordinate their online service offers with the actual stores so this mess doesn’t happen to a customer again.

It was a great experience. The staff was very nice and cordial. The service was done really fast. I was back on the road in no time.

Fasted time to service my car. Attendant was polite, clearly conveyed what needed to be done and quick.

They take care of you as quick as they can and no appointment needed.
I did my oil change on my tahoe and they top off all fluids.

$71.61 total paid normally it take them like 10 minutes to service my truck and i like it because its a quick process.

Seriously overpriced. Want $47 for a 2 minute rideshare inspection that pep boys down the street charges $25 for.

I’ve never posted about an oil change, but I will this time the two gentleman that did my oil change was more than helpful they were communicative and engaging that’s huge!

My service was taken care of.
Customer service representative Jesus was seemed upset or mad. His voice/tone was low. It was hard to hear and understand what he was saying. I sat in the lobby and listened to him recommend service to other customers that was not needed. I would avoid this place seems like they are focused on up selling unneeded service.

They were very friendly and quick. I took my son's car in for and oil change. They let me know that they recommended his air filter be replaced so I did that as well. They explained everything well so I could make an informed decision.

I’ve used them several times for oil change & fluid checks & always great service, knowledgeable, answer my questions, & even service me when I get there late due to traffic. My last visit was disappointing as it was towards closing time & after checking me all in said they didn’t have my filter due to back orders. They’ve never not had my parts &/or accessories needed to do an oil change. Basically I was turned away, my maintenance light was on & was beyond disappointed. He said I could go elsewhere yet I like to go where I’m comfortable & not all over town. So I didn’t get it done yet! I hope they are better next time.

Dionte was amazing. We pulled in no one in line and he was at my car window to greet us before I was able to get out. The service was very quick and efficient. Was there possibly 20-30 minutes at most.
Definitely recommend thos location. Also loved the Fanfails on h
