4Do not come here! Came here for an oil change and replacement for air filter (I drive a Honda civic) and I got charged 50 dollars for “labor” total rip-off!
Brought fleet trucks here and they've been super courteous and professional. Would recommend it highly.
No waiting for service. Got an oil and filter change on the quickness.
Initially gave it a 2 star. Came back on Thursday due to a similar issue as Sunday.
The staff available who helped me on Thursday, were Jose and a younger gentlemen named Jose in the lower bay. I showed the staff my initial receipt, and they were very cooperative, courteous, and rechecked my vehicle.
If management sees this - I appreciate your staff, and they were extremely helpful. I had no ill intentions in my previous review, it was more of a safety concern. I hope staff get rewarded for fixing this issue.
Gave it a 2 starts because the Staff was transparent, but the work was done improperly.
Unfortunately, my oil filter and oil pan nut wasn't installed properly- as my oil completely leaked the following morning when I drove off.
I was able to take it to another Jiffy Lube in Lynwood and the staff informed me of the issue.
I know the staff here is new, just double check for future customers. Hope the Quality control improves.
