7They are seriously understaffed and no one seems to be trained well to just check in and check out. Waiting for more than an hour now still nothing was done.
I'm pretty disappointed, I came in yesterday (8/24) for an oil change at 5: 25. The employees that were working said they couldn't do an oil change for me because they had put everything away. I also called that morning to confirm that I could come in at that time. Hella annoying!
Thanks for nothing!
Car wasn't vacuumed, windows weren't washed, can't trust that anything else was done. Going back to Valvoline asap
I was there months ago
outside waiting 20 minutes but no one came to me. They were not busy only one car ahead.
I saw them walked around 3,4 workers.
After that I left.
The service workers were great, got the job done quickly and were very kind. Good and fair price compared to other similar businesses in the area. Will definitely come back when needed!
They checked transmission oil and replaced windshield wipers for me! Oil change was also done.
My hood wouldn’t close properly. They were concerned “Has it happened before? ” It had on an unrelated occasion. They tied temporarily my hood so it wouldn’t accidentally open on the freeway.
Pozos Lopez, and Alexis and Enrique were all very courteous and helpful. I go to Jiffy Lube if there’s no line or I have a coupon. I’m familiar with their service. I have not seen the same guys there twice. With checklists and attention to detail, for employees must have attention to detail as a priority. I have found nothing less at Lafayette Jiffy Lube. I hope the corporation’s ethics keep the good guys paid well enough to keep them around with Health Insurance and 401K opportunities. It’s only fair and encourages good employees to stick around for excellent customer service and skills
