Jiffy Lube, Corona CA

My family and I have been going here for some years now. Great service, reliable and always fast! Employees are all friendly.

I bean used Jiffy Lube for more and 15 Years I ever have complained about anything I always get a great service this is the only place I visit all the time.

I've been going here for many years and the service is always outstanding. The prices are good, but by far, my favorite thing is the guys doing the service. It's a good feeling to go to a business maybe two or three times a year and over a period of years see familiar faces. This gives me confidence that my car is in good hands. Again, the price and work I can get just about anywhere. It's the professionalism and courtesy that always brings me back to this particular Jiffy Lube.

I take my cars regularly to this Jiffy Lube location. The technicians are always pleasant and efficient. I consistently receive great service.
Nonetheless, the services are getting expensive. This is giving me a pause in seeking routine maintenance in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives.

Fast friendly service. I pulled up a little before closing and there were only two guys left at work. They didn’t even bat an eye and got my wife’s vehicle taken care of for me.

The gentlemen here where polite, respectful and efficient. They honored my coupon and even vacuumed my car!

Worst experience ever! I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I was told an oil change was 99.00, I had a 20.00 off coupon. I was charged $89.35, and no one would explain to me why it was different. Esteban had zero customer service. He had no clue what was what and what the charges were. I really expected more from the 4 star reviews. I was stared at by the crew. Deer in headlights is the best description. I'm not that person to complain. You can see by my other reviews, but this was really bad! This could be a one-off, but it's a very bad look regardless.

Fast, accepted a coupon promo, even courtesy cleaned windows, wiper fluid refill, and vacuumed. Polite and precise.

Great place for an oil change. Fast and affordable. I’m happy that I found this great place close to my house.

On 8/2/2023 I went in for an oil change and a potential battery replacement. Everything was normal, set up the work order with staff, an went in to waiting room to wait. About 20 minutes later the manger who I had spoken with when setting up the work order came and told me they couldn’t do the oil change because the oil pan plug was cross thread and they feared they would strip the treads and not be able to replace the oil that would have drained out, thus making it impossible to drive the car. So they couldn’t do the job. They gave me back my keys and I drove directly to the dealer service department who inspected the oil drain plug, with my presence and there was nothing wrong with the drain plug. It was not cross threaded and was in perfect condition. The dealer service mechanic, service manger and I were not surprisingly, stumped. Why Jiffy Lube employees would refuse service with such a stupid excuse is a mystery. These Jiffy Lube employees do oil changes all day long. So the auto dealer service department did the oil change and the battery change. In effect Jiffy Lube just lost a customer as well as a lot of revenue.

Service was very friendly and professional.y wait was shorter than I expected. The waiting area was accommodating.

Not as good as the Ontario Ave location, they gave me mixed up information but the mix up was corrected. The work they do seems okay, they didn't let my oil drain for at least 15 minutes before refilling it which caused some concern. Couple of the employees here seemed nice, overall it was an okay experience.

They hang up on u when u r trying to call to make sure they have something. Great employees u have costing u money
