Great service! Car is raring to go after oil change by knowledgeable employees at Jiffy Lube in Azusa.

I am a retired mechanic and didn't want to do it myself. They were awesome in adhering to my special requests. Also they were professional in the way they perform their job. They are to be commended. Excellent team work.

Best jiffy lube around!
Came in for an oil change, 30-40 min wait so i decided to grab something to eat. There is a food court that is walking distance to the lube. Came back, they showed me the new oil utilizing the dip stick, they showed me the old cabin filter that was replaced, topped off all the liquids. They even cleaned my windows. Great place, highly recommend these guys on alosta!

Very kind and informative staff! Quick service on a Saturday morning/afternoon. The lobby has AC and a TV. Will be back for another oil change! And they also let me know what else I should probably look into fixing soon

Costs are explained upfront so you have a choice to go elsewhere if you disagree. Jack, Joshua, Roderick and Jakob all did a fantastic job!

Great service here. I brought it in for oil service, but almost mentioned that my car had been sporadically not starting. No one could figure out if it was the battery or something else. This location did a battery check and found one of the terminals was broken and was willing to go to a local auto store to buy and install. Now the car turns on consistently and didn’t cost that much. Thanks for the hard work!

Horrible customer service. I've given this place many chances but every time I go there are 1-2 cars being serviced and a 1 hour+ wait time. Employees are happy to turn away customers.

I went to Jiffy Lube the other day for an oil change. There was three Workers working. All three of them were professional and nice!

I had to wait but it was okay. Everyone was nice I normally take my car to the dealership. But I had a coupon for you guys. I couldn't complain everything went good. But one thing my oil light is on. So I need to see what is going on.

Been coming to this location for many years, now I live an hour away and will still make the drive down to that location.

I had an excellent visit going to this Jiffy Lube. I told them exactly what I needed and didn't try to push anything on me. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back!

This was a very happy, yet professional Jiffy Lube.
All services were done accurately, I was informed of every step, everything was done in a timely manner without rushing through the process, and most importantly, the staff members seemed to have fun while working.

Why is the oil change soooo expensive here? ! Starting off at $70something up to $150? ! TFk!
They don't even vacuum the vehicles like they say they do on the receipt!
At Walmart the prices go from $30's to $50's! Buuuuut u gotta wait a million yrs to get any services.
Never again SPIFFY LUBE!
