Rupert and Chris are the best! They took care of my oil and brakes for an awesome price. They also helped me locate where I could get new tires and were very very helpful and efficient!

Sat in the service drive for 15 to 20 minutes, not a single employee acknowledged me. No one came up to talk to me when inside twice to look for a manager or some sign of life no one was there. I even stood outside of my car for five minutes hoping they would at least notice me. Nothing. Can’t say anything about the service because they never approached me and I couldn’t get my car serviced.

Chris always makes sure my expectations are met and done in a timely manner. I am always confident that everything will be done in excess of my expectations. Keep up the great work!

Manager Chris was professional efficient & friendly. However, i was shocked by the price for a synthetic oli change, $106, and that was AFTER the $21 coupon. The coupon is worthless. I called two other nearby businesses that quoted me $90 and $99 for a synthetic oil change. Shame on me for not doing my research before I brought my car in. But I know I never paid this much for a synthetic oil change.

They made sure to inform me of everything my car needed and I did take them up on a few additional services.

I went over for an inspection and I passed. Staff were friendly, quick and efficient. I will return when I need an oil change.

I always take my car to Jiffy Lube and they are always so friendly and helpful. The mechanic there is also very experienced and take the time to find out what the problem is to your car if it's other than a oil change.

I got help and acknowledgment immediately even though there was kind of a lot of people. I waited comfortably in the waiting room until they came and told me about the estimate on what my car needed. I always return to Jiffy Lube because time is important and people friendly is important.

The Jiffy Lube team in Oxnard, California responded well when I needed them to diagnose a tapping in the engine.

I was in quick and was able to walk around then my car was done happy with the service I got staff was friendly and courteous

I had to get my cabin filter changed. They're open on Sundays, no appointment necessary. It was quick and professional.

2 1/2 hr Wait time too long. Tried to upsell a brake job, then when I declined used scare tactics to try to get me to change my mind. Have never experienced this at this location.

Amazing staff. Was driving back home to Texas stopped here to get my truck serviced before my trip. They double-triple checked to make sure my truck was topped off, tires properly inflated, and advised me of things needing replacing before my long road trip home.
Next time I'm in town I will definitely bring my vehicle here before heading back on that long road. Thanks guys

Nothing was done. Supposably the oil filter was tight and car was unable to start due to the battery. Regarding the battery I brought it in with no issue. I waited for over an hour for them to tell me unable to service your car. I left and Took my car somewhere else and service was done at a different location/company. Will think twice to bring my cars back.
