Great service! I regularly use this location now since the staff is so friendly and professiona. I definitely recommend!

I have gone here several times, quick and efficient staff lobby is cool and they have cold water and they remain honest the entire time!

My experience was great. I was quoted an hour wait and the oil change, wiper change, filter change were finished in 45 minutes. The staff was kind and professional.

Not helpful people. I went for tire pressure check told me to wait 25 min.

I think they might have been under staffed. Got me in and out quick ans were polite like always. I miss the coffee but, gotta do what you gotta do.

These guys are so slow it’s bit even funny. They’ll take their time to do ANYTHING and it’s not like they are busy at all it’s just terrible wish they’d do something about it

My go to place to get serviced. I had a review earlier but guess it got deleted. Experience is always great here. Doug is a honest guy and not pushy. Before you go into any service just make sure you know what your getting. Some things you don't entirely need but regardless any worker is going to recommend other services. Their just doing their job. I love this spot because they'll recommend something but if you say no, they move on. Anywho I would recommend this place. 3rd time here.

I went there to get air for my tire, and they checked it and filled my tire with a smile. Plus, they do oil changes. I like this place.

Do not go to Jiffy Lube. I went here for an oil change based on the good reviews and it was a mistake. Getting the oil change alone took them about 2 hours. And then they came in and told me a bunch of things that were in "dire need of attention. " So I had two of my belts replaced. It cost me $150 and another hour of my time. Obviously I know the con auto shops do on women. However, I saw that the belts were in bad shape. My problem isn't that they conned me, it's that they used a faulty part that broke two months later and caused my power steering to go out and my alternator to break which in turn made my battery go out. Jiffy Lube is not a trustworthy mechanic and you can't trust that they're giving you the best service. Go somewhere else.

Update: just took it into a trusted mechanic and he told me that not only was it a used part, but that it is also a bad quality belt that auto shops won't even supply because it's so bad.

Lazy workers and very very slow service. I mean very slow service. Expect to wait at least an hour minimum and most of the time they are not even busy

Alexis is awesome! Because the staff is so friendly curtious and through. My car battery was dying and I did not know, and my husband was out of town. Went to my local Toyota to buy one. The time and headache she saved me is priceless! Thank you. I have been going there for awhile I do not go anywhere else for my oil change.

Cool environment and honest. What I appreciated the most was the honesty. I really only needed a oil change. But I'm very picky about everything. I'm glad he brought the air filter etc to my attention. It was still in good condition but like I said. I am very picky. The best part was the wait time. At the dealer. I'll be waiting 2 hrs. I got out of this place in a jiffy. This will be my go to.

Today while putting air in my tires next to Jiffy lube I ran into an issue. Doug was kind enough to wave me over, assist with my issue and filled the air in my tires for no charge.

Not a fan. Waaaaaay too much up-selling. Some of there suggestions almost come across as though they're making stuff up. I also didn't like where their computer was set up where they entire your information. You divulge your personal information in front of the entire lobby where people can hear (phone number, address, full name etc). It also took much longer than expected. I was there 1st thing in the morning before they opened and there were only three cars before me (they have 4 service bays). It still took them well over an hour and a half for just an oil change.

Job well done. I'm not a big fan of Jiffy Lube, however I do use them occasionally. This location has brought it up to a new level. The crew that was working that day was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were very thorough in every aspect. However, they are NOT certified mechanics. I'm sure that the employees here are more than qualified to do auto maintenance. However, misdiagnosis with todays vehicles can be very spendy.

I like the fact they give info on your car maintenance. Pricey, but you get aboveboard service.

By far one of the best oil centers in Sacramento. They are very profesional, and pretty accurate with wait times.

Well they left all my tire caps off I had to go back and get new ones and left a filter inside on the floor.

Doug helped me out on my lunch break and got me in and out in twenty minutes! Great service and a really nice guy
