Labor cost was higher than i expected for just an oil change, but if that money's going to the techs for their quality work then I'm not complaining.

Lorena and the crew always take great care of me. They make sure my car is always in great working order. They make sure they check everything and inform me of my cars needs and possible future problems. I am completely satisfied with their service and care. I recommend this Jiffy Lube to very highly to everyone.

These people are angels! We had a flat tire and had to pull off 101 headed north on a road trip, and Lorena was able to immediately change it for us and send us back on her way. We so appreciate their kindness and cheerfulness when we were in this pickle…every other surrounding tire shop couldn’t put a new one on until the next day. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

The Jiffy team in SLO could not have been better recently when my car was in for SMOG testing. Paper work, explanations and time considerations were all handled by a top technician.

I often use jiffy lube for my two Van's and my car. I trust them. They are very good at what they do. They didn't have a filter in stock so they went to auto zone and got one. Thanks! They are not cheap. They do it right though. I think it's worth the piece of mind.

Too pushy. They didn't refill any fluids included in the oil change and kept trying to upsell. Good salespeople but a bit too overbearing. I felt like a number and not a valued customer.

They took good care of me and I we be back if something else goes wrong with my car. Very good service.

They are first come first serve! Came in for only oil change. Came out with new tires too. About $100 less then Costco, the only thing Costco doesn’t charge for rotation, air pressure check, flats, and balance of the tires. I like this place all was done the same day and no taking it to another place get the other services done. Polite and friendly!

This location helped me figure out an urgent problem (oil hose burst). They helpful, kind, and helped me make a plan to fix the problem.

Very courteous staff and the waiting room was nice. They should make time to stock up on toilet paper in the restroom, tho. Great job tuning up the Subaru.

$45 to change a headlight bulb. Valvoline only charges $25. They did add some much needed coolant for my battery no charge, so 3 stars instead of 1-2.
