Jiffy Lube Oil Change Center, Huntington Beach CA

So I don’t know the first thing about cars, but I was driving from LA to San Diego and a light in my car lit up telling me I needed to add engine oil so I pulled up here and everyone was so nice and helpful. I think they could tell I was very stressed and told me they could top off my oil for free. They had me pull up right away and it was done within 10 minutes. I’d definitely come here again.

If you're going to Valvoline you just not getting what you need.

I have been serviced by Jiffy Lube for many vehicles over many years. And I have not had a single complaint ever for them. They have always gone above and beyond help me get exactly what I need and offer me even more if it's needed. They truly care about me and my vehicle, they finish their work and inspect it again before you leave.

Only once have I ever made the mistake of going to Valvoline, and sadly I ended up leaving without them closing my intake box correctly which resulted in poor quality driving on the way home. I already knew what they had messed up so I went under the hood and fix it myself. I called Valvoline up and let them know they have made a mistake, to my surprise only to find out that the employee was going to " just call me and let me know that there was an issue. "

1. The guy was very rude to me this morning. I pull up and the guy already looked annoyed I was there first thing in the morning. I tell him if like an oil change and he says to me you have your mask?
2. He then scans my barcode and tells me we don't have oil for your car. Not sorry we're out or we didn't get a delivery, we don't have the oil for your car. You can go to the other jiffy lube.

You are an oil change business.you don't have the right oil for a Honda Ridgeline? It's just synthetic. So I went to Valvoline instead.

First time coming here and getting my car fixed. Leo was very helpful and knowlegeable and was very kind. Fast and friendly service. I recommend my friends and family to come here. They are even open Sundays which works well with me.

I don't remember the guys name but he was very wonderful he explained everything to me and my three-year-old daughter she enjoyed watching him change the oil he made her feel at home

Definitely not friendly And not in the people business Their customer service is poor For a drive thru service it took forever And the Hispanic man that was in charge that day was rude And could care less whether you spent your money there or not I will tell all my friends to not go there What a waste of time Whoever is The owner of that Jiffy Lube should start to pay attention to how his employees or hers treats people or they won't have a Business long I will never go back What a waste of time

They were professional, Very Nice, Checked My Car Fluids & filled them, NO CHARGE! I still would've paid, will return!

Place seemed clean and opened on time. I arrived and was the only customer. Upon pulling up and asking the cost of an oil change - the said 99$. My car is a ‘06 and needs high mileage but 99$? I’ve paid max of 75 for an oil change for my car needs. They were not friendly nor did offer options like a lot of other places. I hate to write a bad review but the cost and unfriendly service - you can find an oil change better elsewhere.

Horrible experience. I drove up to three empty bays (which now I know why nobody goes here) and was asked what I needed. After I responded by saying I needed just an oil change, the employee heard a rattling from my car and very rudely responded saying, "Not with that noise. We won't touch your car". I tried to explain what the noise was and that it has nothing to do with the oil, but he just said its policy and blew me of. I completely understand having a policy but there is no need to have the tone or demeanor that he had. I've never been treated so rudely as a customer anywhere and would never go back to this place. I highly recommend Fox Auto Care in Santa Ana. Great service, great price, and very friendly people.

I have been coming here since 2005 and I feel the service has gone downhill over the years. The manager Mike is always very helpful but I feel his staff doesn’t have the dedication and passion mike has. The only reasonI I will continue my business here is because of Mike.

If there was a minus it would be selected.went there for oil change.was told we don't have coupons. OK fine, the dealer is cheaper.then got the hard sell on everything wrong with the car.if the gentlemen wasn't so patronizing, i wouldn't be leaving a comment

I go here sometimes. I like it because they are quick, waiting area is chill, but most of all they wash windshield and vacuum the front floor mats. However last time, they seemed rude, did not vacuum, and gave me different oil than what I asked for.

Too expensive. I gave them a coupon before the oil change but when I went to pay they said they no longer honor coupons. Eventually they discounted the bill from $100 to $80. Seriously? !

I've been a customer of Jiffy Lube for years, but after my experience today at the location at Magnolia and Warner in Huntington Beach it will be hard for me to give any Jiffy Lube my business. I pulled up to the service entrance and waited for the tech to guide me into a bay. One of the techs, who I presume did not see me pull up, proceeded to back a customer's truck out of one of the bays way faster than anybody should be backing up and almost crashed into the back end of my car. His coworker, who was trying to help him back out, had a LIT CIGARETTE hanging out of his mouth! He then proceeded to walk back into the service bay, drop his cigarette on the ground and stomp it out! I was in disbelief. While all this was taking place, the service writer was checking in my car and the final straw was when he told me my car REQUIRED (not just recommended) synthetic oil. My car has run conventional oil just fine for several oil changes. I told him to back my car out and I left. I then called the manager, Ishmael to let him know what was going on in the service bay, but all he wanted to do was refute everything I said. I knew I was done talking to him when I told him about the tech smoking a cigarette on the job, around flammable materials nonetheless, and he replied, "We all get breaks here. " Long story short, don't take your car here. Even if it is an affordable option, these guys don't deserve the business.
