I had an absolutely AMAZING car buying experience with Jim Bagan Toyota! I live over three hours away but after the first time I spoke with Brad (The GM) I knew I'd want to purchase my first ever car with them. Brad didn't try to upsell me, he asked me what I was looking for and found me exactly that! Wayne helped me with the car purchase itself and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Even AFTER I had bought my car, Wayne took the time to explain a lot of the features of my car in case I had any confusion, and I left feeling better than I had ever felt when leaving a car dealership (and with a new car!). Thank you Jim Bagan Toyota (and especially Wayne and Brad) for making my first car buying experience wonderful:) I hope to be back again soon to purchase something for my parents!

We love this dealership. Wayne is very professional and he makes sure you are a happy and satisfied customer before you leave the dealership. The finance department works hard to get you the best rate. Jim Bagan Toyota goes above and beyond for its customers and that's very rare when it comes to buying a car. If they don't have what you are looking for on the lot, they will try and find whatever it is you are looking for just to satisfy the customer. I would not go anywhere else to purchase a car. I couldn't be happier with my sales person, Wayne at Jim Bagan Toyota. I put my name on a list and when the car came in he called and I went and picked it up. The whole process only took a couple of hours. The best part about buying a car locally is that you can stop in anytime with questions. I'm looking forward to driving my first plug-in hybrid and having the dependability of a Toyota.

These guys and gals are the best; I've truly never had a better dealership experience. I've been taking my vehicle in to them for service for the last 4 years and they have repeatedly gone above, beyond, and way out of their way to accommodate every curve ball I've thrown at them and, on top of that, they always do a thoroughly professional job! I was looking for a Gr86 in sacramento and most dealers either had a mark up or a waiting list. I got in touch with Wayne and he gave me all the details for the car. He followed up with me consistently letting me know when the car will arrive. Overall, I can’t recommend this dealership enough and it will be my to go dealer if i’m in the market for another Toyota. Jim bagans Toyotas is awesome! From the time I called and talked to Debby to when I left and was walked out but the manager! It was a perfect experience! The best part is the video that they send u while ur truck is being serviced! Helps give u an idea of what’s going on with full discrepancy! Had no problems at all been a mechanic myself for 17 years and this place is as honest as it comes! Don’t make the drive to Carson this place will do just fine!

I never thought I would ever say I love going to a car dealership to service my Tacoma and I feel welcomed like a friend. Even better I’ve been very happy with their work, they are conscientious and the head guy in their service department is obviously so knowledgeable. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I rarely write any review of dealership, but my experience with Jim Bagan Toyota was so good that I have to give them a shout out.
I requested a quote for a car via TrueCar.com, and worked with Wayne through the purchaing process of the car in transit. Throughout the process, Wayne:
- Did not require me to put down a deposit for the car, even after I asked whether that's needed. Other dealers usually require you to put down a deposit of $500.
- Kept me updated periodically on the progress of the shipment.
- Worked with his manager Brad to correct a pricing error that I've found when comparing their quote to the TrueCar.com quote. Multiple dealers just told me flat out that they could not honor the price they've quoted through TrueCar.com.
- Did not go through the credit bureau to check my credit score, as I was paying by check. Other dealers would force me to apply for a temporary loan in case my check bounces. Those are normal practices in the industry, so Jim Bagan's practice is extraordinary. If a dealer put that much trust in their customers, I can trust that dealer too.

During these pandemic times, many dealers are adding "Market Adjustments" to the MSRP of the cars they sell, and expect customers to reserve a car with a depost. Jim Bagan Toyota did none of that, and the whole purchasing process made me feel like I was treated like a human with dignity. It was a very refreshing experience, and it was totally worth it to drive a total of eight hours to buy the car from them.

Great guys who got me into my 2021 Supra quickly and without hassle. Drove 9 hours from SoCal and they accommodated me, making me feel right at home. Would definitely recommend anyone buy their next car from them!
