Jimmy John's, North Hollywood CA

I've been getting sandwiches here since they opened up, literally was there from day one.
Over the past few months and today, my sandwiches have not been put together properly. Every time I have had an issue, Curtis was the one behind the counter. Curtis has a good attitude but it doesn't matter if the sandwich is not prepared as you wanted. I even asked both Curtis and his partner if it had Jimmy Peppers on it and cut in half, they said we follow the directions on the order, they do not. I asked for extra Jimmy peppers, and they put four pieces of Jimmy peppers, when I called he said it should have been ten pieces. I asked for it to be cut in half, but it was not. I asked for light oil and vinegar and it is pretty wet. The first 2 times this happened I let it go as it was never like this prior. But I've had it, I spend money and should get what I ordered. I'll be going to Jersey Mike's for the foreseeable future. My wife likes that one better anyway, I usually have to convince her that Jimmy John's is better, but it's not when your order is consistently prepared wrong.
The location seems very light and bright and clean. But again if the food is not what you want what does the atmosphere matter.
I cannot recommend this location if you care how they prepare your sandwich.

Super fast service, I paid walked to soda fountain my order was ready. Sandwiches taste great and fresh made. Friendly service, free refills, and Price are reasonable, Dine tables available, Only street parking. Next time I will try their wraps.

Good sandwiches but the customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes you get some really friend and kind people and sometimes you get people who are dismissive.

The staff here at this location could not have been nicer, friendlier, or more fun! They were so engaging and helpful! They recommended different options for me to try outside of my standard order. While parking leaves something to be desired, the staff here makes up for that. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Do not order for delivery. They only have one delivery person who rides a bike. I try to be courteous every time I order and go outside and wait for him once it says “out for delivery” since my apartment complex can be hard. It has been numerous times now where I have been standing outside waiting for over an hour. Jimmy John’s used to be fast, but with me living a 5 minute walk from jimmy johns it should not be taking over an hour to be delivered. I just had a baby so I can’t leave the house much which is why I have been ordering for delivery. This jimmy johns needs to figure out a better system and have at least two different delivers

Clean, small location. Polite staff. Be willing to pay for garage parking in the same complex - even on weekends. It’s L. A, so….

Jimmy Johns is the best sandwich shop in the area. If you’re craving a GREAT cold cut sandwich come here to get it. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The stores atmosphere is very inviting, it makes you wanna enjoy your time inside. This is a store that does corporate testing too so they have some items other stores wouldn’t have. Highly recommended if you haven’t tried and recommended even higher by people who have.

After being unable to get my ordered meal at Chipotle, I made my way a few doors down to get any food possible. From the moment I entered the establishment, I was greeted by two exceptionally friendly employees who instantly made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Freaky slow. I was so excited to have Jimmy John's since the last time I did was way back in WI. It was not freaky fast like I'm used to.there we're way too many employees for one to be listening to orders being taken and starting the sandwich for a speedy order. The bread was brown way over cooked. Jimmy John's was not the same, I'm used to bread being light and very soft. The lettuce was not fresh and sub had a tuna taste when it's supposed to be a veggie. Dissatisfied with over all experience.

The service here is great and the food is great as well. The staff was awesome and joked with me and my kids.

I've been going here since I moved to NoHo and they normally never disappoint. However, recently the quality of their sandwiches is just horrible. Today I received a sandwich with day (s) old ingredients. The bacon and lettuce was a very, very dark brown and the bread was very hard. It was all too gross to eat, I took a bite an instantly felt nauseous. I won't be going here anymore. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The workers here were a very nice and happy group of people. It was a pleasurable experience just ordering sandwiches!

Amazing experience! Me and my best friend came in for sandwiches late at night right before closing time but Simone and Daryl (I apologize if I’m spelling their names wrong…) were very pleasant and took their time, explaining the menu to us and made the most delicious sandwiches! Thank you both very much. Most places at closing time don’t really want to help you and don’t have the best attitudes but they were happy to help and give us the best service!

This is a good Jimmy John's location, which is not usually very busy on the weekends. It does seem that the prices have gone up quite a bit and almost feels that the sandwiches are a bit smaller too. However, it's the same great taste that you'd expect from Jimmy John's!

I have always had a good experience here
One time I came in right before closing and felt really bad and offered to leave and they were like "don't feel bad man it's all good" and they gave me a little extra sauce thing on the side to make me feel better and it was really nice.

The servers here are fun and friendly! This attitude always makes my purchases here very pleasant.

I always like the sandwiches because I like their bread. If you save your sandwich for the next day it may get soggy so eat it fresh.

This is my favorite sandwich place by far!

I highly recommend the Veggie sandwich!
