I did not know Jimmy beforehand and found him through a real estate website. I am very happy that my family and I were able to get connected to Jimmy and have him represent us for both selling and buying our home. We encountered many challenges throughout the entire process, but Jimmy was very patient, responsive, and considerate throughout. Trying to sell our house in the middle of a pandemic was no joke, but Jimmy navigated all of the safety protocols and restrictions seamlessly for our family. Jimmy never pressured us to sell or buy at any certain time and allowed our family to dictate the schedule as we saw fit and were comfortable with. Overall Jimmy did an excellent job of both selling our house and getting us into the home we most desired at a great selling price (more than we expected) and a fair purchase price, respectively.
