Called in requesting a quote and was immediately met with an attitude. The woman was very short with us and her tone was very aggressive. After our query she abruptly hung the phone up. Very rude!

Took in my 2013 Cadillac SRX to have the Sun shade removed and replaced the dealership wanted to charge me $1400 And I got it done at this place for $650 parts and labor excellent professional job works perfectly looks amazing turn over time was one day highly recommend 5 stars!

I had the headliner replaced on my Mini Cooper. If I didn't tell you I replaced it you would never know. Better material than OEM, but exactly the same color. I need my leather seats redone soon and I will diffently go back for that work.

I had them install a new top on my 01 Miata. The work took less than 4 hours and looks great. And they quoted the best price of all the shops I called. They were also very accommodating when I had to reschedule twice. A+

They installed a brand new soft top on my 1972 Mercedes 350SL and it was better than the original. Five years have gone by and the top still operates like a brand new glove. I am having them do a little maintenance on the top to insure the top doesn't rip at the bending points. They are fair priced and artisans who take pride in the custom work they do. I have them take care of all my cars interior needs. Highly recommended.

Jim's is my go to place. They've done work on four vehicles for me. Every one has been flawless and priced fairly. They replaced a top on a BMW Z3M, and repaired seats on three other vehicles.

I do not think you will find a more professional upbolstery shop in San Diego. They did a complete reupholster of our classic car, redid our motorcyle seats, repaired our mustang upholstery, and did a complete upholstery jiob on our truck. I've used Jim's twice in 8 years, first, to replace an audi convertible top (I supplied the top) & second, to fix a large portion of an dried up & falling apart VW Eurovan headliner. Both times their workmanship was top grade, their cost was reasonable and the staff I dealt with (Jim & Brenda) was professional in every way.

Poor customer service. After mentioning over the phone that two small pieces of plastic were damaged while my car was being worked on by Jim's Auto Upholstery the lady who works there immediately raised her voice and went into a rant about how it couldn't have been their fault because "they have been is business since.and they never cause damage or make any mistakes. " Work performed was okay but not great. The replacement upholstery used does not match the color of the stock upholstery in the car very well.

Came with a weather strip issue and he fixed it in moments for free. They were so helpful. Definitely recommend having any upholstery work done here.
