My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet where he travels for work in Long Beach fairly often. He mentioned the woman helping him pick it out was fantastic. He paid $150 for the bracelet. We came back the next week to get the bracelet resized and let them know we’d be leaving in a week, so asked if they could have it done by then. (If not, we would have to resized near our home town, not a problem but figured we would ask the original place he bought it from.) They mentioned they would have to rush it, and worst case they could ship it. Totally understandable, and we appreciated the effort. We did not get a cost estimate for this service, but in hindsight should have. He went to pick up the bracelet today and they charged him $125.00. They said because it was not a high price item, that was justification for the cost of shipping it out to get resized and I’m assuming the rush. I really wish someone would’ve been clear regarding this upfront, as we could’ve just purchased something else entirely or would’ve had it done elsewhere. We’re really disappointed with that and it left a bad taste for sure.

Great place to take your vintage and antique or estate jewelry for consignment. They offer great rates and a pretty fast timeline to sell. Ask for Josh!

Everybody was so nice, we had fun laughing with this great lady name Donell (I think that’s how you spell her name) and with Josh. It could have been a real stuffy place where everybody is uptight, but they were very nice to my daughter and I, and funny.

My daughter is in a wheelchair and she’s legally blind and Josh made sure that she understood everything, got what she needed, cleaned her jewelry, and explained everything to her so she understood it.

Josh took the time to tell her what some of her jewelry and watches might be worth, that helped us a lot. I really appreciate how he treated her and how great everybody was that worked there.
