Terrible experience all the way around! Jo jo completely ruined my hair. He cut the underneath of my hair to absolutely nothing getting rid of all my beautiful hair. I asked for an a line cut. It is what I went in with and have always had. Medium length hair. I only asked for a trim of what I already had. He gave me an under cut and then left barely any hair on top of the under cut in the back? They also completely butchered the color of my hair. I am a natural blonde. I have always been blonde. I asked to go lighter. They took my hair darker. It looked muddy. Army green violet and orange. Very brassy. Nothing like what I asked for. When I went back to get my hair fixed. They messed up my hair even more. And Jo Jo even asked me who cut my hair so terribly short in the back, uhhhhhhh YOU did? I could cry about how terrible my hair is. It is so damaged and falling out. He cut half of my hair off that I had as an under cut for no reason. He did this on purpose. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get their hair done here. I don’t know how this salon has good reviews. It is expensive and they have no idea what they are doing. Completely ruined beautiful blonde hair.

Jojo and his team always go over and above for their client. I trust Jojo and his artisty. I always know my hair is in good hands when I'm in his chair.

Jo Jo is an amazing hairstylist and I highly recommend Jo Jo! He used to be an engineer and thus his haircut is so precise yet very artistic. I have been going to his hair studio for more than 20+ years and I even flew from other states when I lived outside of the Bay Area as his haircut was definitely worth the flight!

This is an absolutely magical place! People get transformed, not just have their hair done. Jojo managed to creat an amazing family-like atmosphere with extraordinary pro staff. When I come here I know I can trust his professionalism and creativity. Trang is an amazing colorist! Together they created a head turner look for me. Highly recommend!

He styled my hair to fit my face and look. He took time to know what colors match my skin’s undertones and developed personalized colors to fit me. You’ll be in good hands!
