There was not enough helpers at the store, and no self-serve help set up. I had to wait a long time to ask simple question.

Love Joann fabrics. Everything for the crafty! Parking can be a challenge but the store is AWESOME

I was looking for material to redo my dash on my classic car. The person in the material area.knew exactly what I needed.
Same material I looked at on the website.

Great to know they have the right person working in this area. Getting harder to find these type of people in stores who know the product.

They are doing a good job with Covid Protocols. As long as you have a coupon with you, the prices are reasonable.

Unfortunately this is the only fabric store left in our area. Plusses: Good discounts on patterns, Frequent sales on must have notions. Fun costume fabric. Minuses: Fabric quality is highly variable. Staff members are generally cold and uninterested with a only a few bright lights who are fun to talk to.

Had everything I was looking for and the prices were good. Still smells like how I remember it did when I was a kid, like cinnamon and wood #nostalgia

Thank god there is still a fabric store you can go and touch and see colors. There are always great coupons to use and sales. Bead selection is poor but quite different than Michaels so at least it's not all the same stock. Many seasonal decor and craft items as well. Poor selection of sewing thread for applique.

Joann Fabrics had a lot of craft supplies and the employees are always very helpful, plus always great discounts, especially if you download the app and get text message notifications.

Amazing craft store! Employees are so sweet and helpful, they can answer even a silly question from a newbie with a smiling face and lots of explanation. There are lots of coupon and bargain options especially for sewing. I can spend hours in here and there'll still be lots to discover more. There are lots of free parking spaces and you can always grocery shop next door before you leave for home.

This isn't a place where you'll find high end fabrics, but if you are a casual hobbyist the selection is decent. They really have a limited selection of notions and findings.

If you go to Joann's you have to go to this location and ask for Jaime. She is amazing! She knows the ins and outs on EVERYTHING! She is so personable and really makes you feel like she cares! She puts the customer first ALWAYS! Best experience I have ever had at Joann's fabric store in my life! Joann, you did a good job hiring this one! You better hold on tight and never let go! She took you from a 6.5 to a 20+ (on a scale of 1-10)! I am definitely coming back!

Hit or miss. Sometimes I can find great fabric, but mostly cotton and rayon. Too bad they carry so much of ugly fleece and polyester and never a real rayon petersham ribbon.

Took 2 rolls of disposable film a couple days ago. They were ready EARLY What what! A wonderful surprise. They are very friendly and quick.

The staff is extremely lazy and rude and ignore all customers, even when I got a number and stood in front of the cutting counter for 15 minutes the lady there who was doing nothing said nothing to me.
I asked the manager at the front about me waiting for my number to get called and she said they don't call numbers when is not busy.
I think this place is best avoided and online shopping wins but if you must go in here, be pushy and rude to match the staff's attitude.

I ordered special fabric to re upholster furniture. They failed to notify me when the order arrive. They claimed that they could not contact me or leave me a message. I gave them my iphone # and have no problem receiving calls and messages from my customers. In addition, I also experience unfriendly and 'don't-want-to-help-you' attitude customer service from the cutting staff. Very disappointed with customer service at this location.

This is my favorite location. Today was busy but we'll worthy time. I went for fabric to make Christmas stockings for me and the family. The prices were great. The only issue is staffing always seems low. Otherwise the staff are always nice, polite, and eager to help. I love the selection of fabrics. It's smaller than the Almaden location but for me it's better that way. I have made so many great things with the fabrics, such as a pillow, a few blankets, burp cloths and a purse. My favorite fabric by far is the Sharks fabric and the Dr. Suess fabric.

Good selection of fabrics and seeing supplies, some sponge and fills, a few machines, big selection of paper scrap booking supplies, several isles of seasonal decor items. The prices are all over the place, the machines are lower price on Joann online than in store and seasonal items are 60% off well before the end of the season.

Store has a huge selection, but staff has been rude to me at every visit. I only go back because of location.

This is a large Joann's with lots of great fabric and craft supplies worthy of 5 stars. The service is terrible. Staff is lazy and rude and I would avoid this location if possible. The other patrons comment openly to each other about the poor service. The experience is a turnoff for anyone wanting to browse. Too bad as the prices are great when you use their coupons. They also honor Michaels coupons.

Generally rude staff. Im extremely new to sewing but i love art, this is just a new skill to me. Anytime I've had questions I get some attitude before willing to help. Ive been in there 5 or 6 times now for multiple projects and not once has anyone ever asked if i need help with anything and when I ask I get treated with attitude and the feeling like they would rather be doing anything else. The check out people are pretty nice in my experience though.
