JOANN Fabrics and Crafts, Alhambra CA

I used to love this place, you would have associates who actually would take the time to help you. As of recently the associates here are so useless and when you ask a question instead of trying to at least out courtesy listen they have this attitude, God forbid you make them do their work their expression leaves a horrible mark that makes you never want to return. Fabrics are not priced right, you don't know which are the ones on sale and when you try to find it online using the barcode that barcode reads "error". It's a huge mess but I can deal with that just not bad customer service.

Friendly staff in general, reminded me of their online coupons that saved me money.
Dont bother asking about products or prices over the phone. They said they'd check to see if they had a material I was looking for and they put me on hold only to hang up on me. That was after the two times I tried calling earlier and no one picked up

Overpriced. I will be purchasing on Amazon for 1/4 of the price (including shipping LOL). I’m honestly amazed at how marked up everything is. Some examples: $35 for a single candle that smelled AWFUL, $99 for cheap low density foam, and a $26 CLEARANCE item that was dollar store quality. If I’m going to pay a corporation, I’d rather go through Amazon for the better prices.

Great store. It has all that you need if you're not that crafty and you just need some minor supplies for school projects, so it's not overwhelming like Hobby Lobby. Staff is very friendly too.

However parking can be rough as they share a lot with Costco. I really wish they had some designated parking for just their customers.

Very nice ladies work here and everything is clean and neat. They always have everything ready for your enjoyment

More fabric than time, lots to choose from. Parking a bit of a challenge due to Cosco in the same complex. Parking available in the street thou.

5-star for JOANNs and almost dropped to 4-stars because of the shared parking lot with Costco. One way to avoid this is if you go early in the morning or late at night.:) They have fun classes there too.

This Joanne’s and massive! It has all the fabric you usually see with a lot more craft isles. It’s usually pretty clean with people there to help you find things. Convenient location with tons of parking.

Found great fabrics and a good price. But it was their clearance section I found in. But was very happy

I have really enjoyed the promotions that I regularly receive from Jo-Ann! From adhesives, cutting mats, paper stock, and the occasional sewing supplies, this is such a convenient & affordable source for our crafting projects. If you haven't signed up for email or regular mail coupons, I highly recommended it for the savings you'll receive. Our projects use a lot of hot glue for rapid prototyping, so a regular re-supply with these savings makes a difference.

I love Jo-Ann's! They always seem to be having a sale on the things that I need. This store doesn't have a huge flower section but the yarn selection is good. They also have the basics in Fabrics with lots of nice prints and colors.

This store is a little smaller than the Covina store, other than that It's fine. It's near my daughter's house, I stop by once in a while.

I love going to Joann's. They are always having sales on yarn which is what I buy mostly. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Friendly, Helpful, Fast, Caring, These word do not apply to this joke of a store, first time there WILL never go back I'll buy online or a Mom and Pop shop before going back, one thing I'll say 8 people in line and one cashier's, wow that's customer service, you mite have a better experience

Cashier Cynthia was amazing with checking us out. Assisted with making sure we got a good deal with available coupons.

This is the closest Joann's to me and I can usually find what I'm looking for, but it looks a little shabby. Merchandise is not old or shabby looking but just wish they could update a little, sometimes I feel like I'm in the 1950s, bargain shopping.

Unbelievable prices for the holidays. And the staff at the Joann’s by the Costco was patient as well as helpful even though is was very busy.never lost their cool.hats off to the staff way to go.
