They discriminate people with disabilities. Meanwhile they offer jobs to, people with disabilities. They belittle you

Great place to start a work career if you believe in the supporting military community, Disabled community and building great friendships within your community. I have been a JOI team member for 20 plus years and loved year minute of it.

I started working there like around 2018 my high school teacher recommended me this company due to my learning disability, so far I sort of enjoy it cause it's way different than my other job like "wingstop" and reading other people's opinion I can agree with them. You may not like your job or not but it's a blessing to have it, in my opinion I believe that our company needs to hire more people cause where I work at people are leaving one at a time

They give employees bad checks cheats you out of your hours, someone there is stealing and they have triggered every disability I have.

One of the worst companies who have leadership in the wrong positions. Angie Jones who has a power trip as the project manager out of Camp Pendleton cuts employees hours drastically. She is very passive aggressive towards her employees who are disabled. There are some employees who have worked there for TEN YEARS! And have never seen a raise. Her site supervisor Will Bellinger has a felony yet he is allowed to manage employees who have better qualifications than he does to run the occupation. The union was suppose to show up this week yet they still haven't. They do not care about the welfare of their employees as they extort them to the max. Employees are scheduled to work 8 hour shifts but Angie rushes them to finish it in six hours, so she can make it on the road to go home. Pretty selfish. Only a matter of time before there is a lawsuit on their hands for breaking labor laws.
