FYI, If you ever want to experience a truly thorough Eye exam. I strongly suggest that you go and see this young lady. The staff at the southland Lynn's crafters are friendly. Inviting very knowledgeable.

Jodi was the best! Her positive attitude is infectious and she really cares about her patients and their health. She guided my through the entire eye exam and explained in detail the health of my eyes. It was a very pleasant experience and I appreciated her speedyness in getting me through the exam quickly yet effectively!

Best experience I have ever had. The most thorough exam ever. Very friendly service all the way around from the staff to the doctor. I loved my visit. I was bummed that they were out of network and I could afford to purchase my glasses from them. I will be back for my eye exams in the future. Keep up the amazing customer service. FIVE STARS!

The Optometrist, Jodi Sheppard, was FANTASTIC. Very informative and did not rush the exam.
Would have gotten five stars if the customer rep.had been better at assisting with the purchase. She kept having to get up and requesting a supervisor, I'm assuming, with almost every step.
