Good sandwiches, nice service. Fun area to walk around after and get ice cream after. Clean bathrooms too.

My wife and I visited and liked the sandwich bread, and the chocolate muffin. We got drinks too that were good. Would recommend it.

Absolute disaster customer service, we ordered two juices from the menu for kids and some food.
Hand me down and Iron Man, they handed us both without telling which one is which. After inquiring twice they responded rudely the one sweeter is Iron man!
How one is supposed to know which one is sweeter among two, servers looked frustrated and didn’t wanted to tell us the difference between juices. After spending $10 per small size if juice you don’t expect this kind of customer service.

It’s the worst location ever. I normally do not leave any reviews (especially negative), but this place is horrible. Staff is not friendly, everything is dirty and food being prepared (simple sandwiches) in 15-20 minutes after the order even if there is no line. I’d not recommend this location. If I could assign ‘0’ stars…. Service in different Joe&theJuice is simply perfect.

My wife and I went here to grab a healthy juice on a Friday morning. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. There is lots of seating and the atmosphere is really nice. The juices are freshly made. I had the Herb Tonic which tasted surprisingly sweet and delicious. My wife got the Green Shield and added ginger. The prices are fairly high but I guess that's pretty standard for fresh healthy juice these days. I would go again!

Service was excellent especially the tall blonde girl working! Very sweet and absolutely amazing at her job.:) Will definitely come back!

Located in the Bishop Ranch City Center. Nice place to work and focus.comfortable seating. Coffee was ok. Lots of other non-coffee options as well.

Nothing special, expensive because of location. The cashier lady communicates very well with her long face, she is definitely over it and wants out, very poor customer service.

Stay away from this juice place. If you order online and item not available they won’t say anything. Horrible service.

On a Monday afternoon with the place empty it took 25 minutes plus to get a tunacado sandwich. There are only two people visibly working which could contribute to high wait times however, it took one worker 10 minutes to make a sandwich. The avocado was so unripe I couldn’t bite into it. Overall had to take the tomatoes and avocado out basically paying $12.00 for tuna and two slices of toast. Also when I walked into the the store I wasn’t greeted and it took another 5 minutes to be assisted at the register. I hope this location can still improve.

First time at the place, there was no tomato to make the sandwich, dirty place, tables, and chairs with leftover food. I went in the morning, 3 people working at the place, I don't recommend it!

Nice place, the tunacado and the juice was good however, it was busy on a Friday and only 2 people working which affected the customer service. One person was taking orders and making the sandwiches without changing the gloves

Changing back to 5 stars because things seem to have improved over the past month! Yay! The Green Mile smoothie & Tunacado sandwich are so good!

Official closing time is 7pm per their Google page and website. Made a detour to stop here on the way from work at 6: 30pm and they already closed for the day.
Furthermore, they don’t have a listed phone number and are frequently out of ingredients.

Came to my usual location which is in San Ramon on Bollinger. I was helped by Alex M Blair. They are such an amazing team. They were very professional, very courteous, my food was delicious. My turmeric shot was also very delicious. Their customer service is amazing. Therefore I will continue to come to this location. I come all the way from Patterson and they are amazing.

We stopped at our usual location which is San Ramon at Bollinger and we were helped by Alex and Blair they are very professional and the sandwich was a 100/100 me and my wife felt welcomed and their service is amazing!

Food was just okay. I bought a smoothie that didn’t have much flavor at all and a sandwich that was very thin. The shots are good though.

Acceptable to somewhat decent quality overall. Tuna sandwich comes with thin cut toasted bread which offers a crispy texture; the tuna and avocado is fresh and decently seasoned but not a surprise. The coffee shake is somewhat too sweet and the expresso lacks aroma.
