Poor communication of staff to their subordinate, sometimes what they need to perform their job wasnt shown, they neglect patient who screams kept on screaming, CNA use your room to socialize & talk on their phone. V. A.hospital missed patient visits to miscommunication or lack of manpower. Someone has gotte to be acccountable for their lack of professionalism. They should be automatically fired from their job cause their dealing with dysfunctional people or sick people.
