Dr. Perlman and the staff at the Yuba City office are great. The office is run well, the staff is friendly and competent. My only complaint is the long wait. But that's everywhere with specialists who take Medicare patients.

Dr. Joel Perlman has been treating my AMD for almost a year. My condition has improved and is stable. I have full confidence in Dr. Pearlman.

Dr. Pearlman and his staff are courteous, professional, and process patients smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Pearlman stays on top of all the new procedures and medications related to retinal eye care/issues. He has saved my eyesight for 20 years, when I was initially told it would only last 2 more years in 2003.

Dr. Pearlman and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. They made a last minute appointment for me late on a Friday afternoon due to possible retinal detachment. This saved me a trip to the emergency room and provided me with a diagnosis and plan of treatment. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, the technicians tested my eyes quickly and Dr. Pearlman performed a thorough eye exam and explained the results in layman’s terms. He answered all my questions and established an atmosphere of trust and competence with his kind demeanor. I highly recommend him for any eye concerns.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted very friendly and very professionally. They took me in and explained everything they were going to do and made me feel at ease.
